We are truly sorry to hear that this guest felt their stay did not meet expectations. However, much of what is described here is either inaccurate or greatly exaggerated. Our property is always professionally cleaned and prepared before each stay. There are no weapons kept inside the home, and at no point was the safety of our guests at risk. The refrigerator and pantry are thoroughly cleaned before each arrival, with space available for groceries. Closets may contain neatly stored essentials, but there is always ample space for guest belongings. The picture of the closet is not how it looked when I left it. The pool area is part of our shared family property, which is clearly described in the listing, and many guests have enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere. While the guest mentions a lack of privacy, most of our visitors appreciate the friendly environment and the opportunity to enjoy the pool.We always encourage guests to reach out directly with any concerns so they can be resolved immediately. We take great pride in our hosting, and this is the very first time we’ve received a review like this after many successful stays.
