While the post cancellation support was commendable the host screening left much to be desired.

The host cancelled at the 11th hour. I messaged thru the app 2 was before the trip. No response, so I called the host 2 days before I was flying from Toronto to Palm Springs. He tells me he cancelled all reservations - sorry he must have missed mine! I received a full refund within a week as Vrbo scrambled to find me an alternate place. I was fortunate to have friends to stay with while they searched-Vrbo offered to place me in temporary accommodations but I declined. They did locate a suitable place for the later part of the month (I had been booked for the full month of February) and after I confirmed that it was a good alternative and Vrbo confirmed availability with the host I booked it on line. The next morning the host notifies me that it’s not available. I abandoned the vacation and came home. It was frustrating not to be assigned a dedicated service rep until the end of a long frustrating process, having to retell my circumstances to countless numbers of customer reps over a period of 10 days.

Desert Stay

Accurate Description of Unit, well stocked, clean. Very close to shops at El Paso, Living Desert, hiking and golf. Pool was clean and close by. Would stay here again

Perfect location

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect and walkable to El Paseo! The pool was heated and the hot tub was a bonus. We would stay again!

Great location

This is a perfect 2 bedroom condo. Great location- right down the street from the shops on Paseo. Very clean and well stocked. Would stay again.

Awesome!

We loved our stay in this apartment lilke building. The home has 2 full bedrooms. There's a walk-in closet for the master bedroom. The bed was comfortable. Everything in the whole place is brand new with plastic wrap on some items. The internet is great. The cute holiday decor and special treats were appreciated.
