Lakefront house on Lake Charlevoix South Arm

Spacious lakefront home on South Arm of Lake Charlevoix. 60’ of private frontage and new dock (2021) on one of Michigan’s premier lakes. Enjoy the sunrise from the multi-tiered deck or bedroom balconies. Boat lift available for a tritoon/pontoon only, up to 25ft in season (please indicate if you will be bringing your boat when you book, two weeks advanced notice required), kayaks, fishing poles, a fire pit and outdoor grill. Located right next door to South Arm Marina (fna Swan Valley) and Summertime Rentals which is convenient for daily or weekly boat and jet ski rentals.

Inside is the perfect mix of cute cottage charm and all the comforts for a relaxing vacation. The home features an open floor plan with lake views from the kitchen, family and dining room and offers the perfect layout for summer entertaining, playing games and spending time together. This three-level home provides enough space to sneak away to read a book or take a nap. Fully equipped kitchen is stocked with new dishes, glassware, pots and pans, microwave and Keurig/coffee maker. Other amenities include washer/dryer, internet/WiFi, cable and game system. Surveillance cameras outside property for security purposes only. Device on front porch and back porch to monitor boat. There is no fence.

Located right on M66, it is convenient to East Jordan (5 minutes), downtown Charlevoix (15 minutes), Boyne City (20 minutes) and Petoskey (30 minutes). Great shops and restaurants by car and/or by boat at lakeside spots like The Landing in Ironton or dock at public marinas. Enjoy golf at area courses, and spend time at northern Michigan beaches and wineries. East Jordan has a community park with tennis court, basketball courts, baseball fields and a playground.

During the winter, Boyne Mountain is 20 minutes to skiing, tubing, Avalanche Bay and spa. East Jordan has an outdoor ice-skating rink and there are local trails for cross country skiing and snowshoeing. After a long day of fun return to the cozy cottage and relax next to the beautiful stone fireplace.

Boyne Trip 2022

Just returned from our annual trip to Boyne. First time staying at this home but definitely won't be the last. Loved the main floor as we could all be together cooking, watching movies and playing games/cards. The beds were all very comfortable as well! Family Vacation

Once again, we enjoyed our family vacation at this cottage! Perfect location!!! Close to the boat launch, tennis courts, dining and only 20 mins to Charlevoix or Boyne City. Summer Memories

Wonderful vacation home! Great location, close to Charlevoix, Boyne City and East Jordan as well as the boat launch, tennis courts, grocery store, gas stations, restaurants and shopping. Home was spacious for our family, including our 4 legged fur baby. Plenty of sleeping space, bathrooms, lounging areas inside and room to spead out outside. Many lil touches to make us feel right at home and more comfortable with our stay; dishes, pots and pans, K Cups & local coffee, dog leashes and bowls, beach towels, shampoo, plastic baggies, etx. They really put thought into this and how they could make their place more convenient and "home" like for guests. As with any stay, there are always going to be friendly suggestions and Pam was open to hearing from us. We absolutely, without a doubt will plan to return. Thank you again for a wonderful stay and allowing us to make memories here 💞

Great Cottage

We love staying on the south arm and we had a great time staying here! The cottage had everything we needed and more. We were able to rent jet skis and a Tritoon from Summertime Rentals next door and when we weren’t out on those we stayed busy with the kayaks, yard games, fishing poles, and board games provided or just relaxing on the patio. We are looking forward to coming back soon!

We are new to Lake Charlevoix but not to Northern Michigan. We owned a family cottage in Harbor Springs for over 20 years. We fell in love with the South Arm of Lake Charlevoix. When we aren't creating memories with our own family, we are excited to be able to share it with others. We are looking forward to spending our summers on the lake and winters skiing at Boyne Mountain. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Enjoy updated appliances, wood floors, and a gorgeous stone fireplace for those ski weekends. Full basement completely redone.
