Come and relax in this spacious apartment of 72 square meters air-conditioned,large balcony with open views, very well located opposite the port of St Laurent, ideal for outings with friends or family, close to restaurants, pubs, discotecs .

Fully equipped with microwave, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, fridge freezer, washing machine.

Bathroom with Italian shower, separate toilet .

It consists of two spacious bedrooms with 2 comfortable beds.

Grand appartement bien situé, près de l’aéroport. Facilement accessible en transport en commun. Ne prenez pas le taxi (40 euros minimum si vous partez de l’aéroport). Plage à quelques minutes de marche. Gros centre commercial à proximité également mais aussi de beaux petits commerces de quartier. Petit bémol, pas de grand supermarché accessible à pied à part le Monoprix du centre commercial. Toutefois, Intermaché à Cagnes-sur-Mer à quelques arrêts de bus. Communication facile avec les responsables. Ils répondent rapidement et efficacement. Avec la canicule, nous avons vraiment apprécié la climatisation!

Great stay in well appointed unit

The space was great no complaints on the accuracy of the listing or the space itself. I stayed there with two others as we had work in Monaco over the weekend and this space offered a much more reasonable cost for renting. The space is about a 15 minute walk to the closest train station. The beach is close by and the boardwalk is nice. All in all a great stay.

Grand appartement très bien équipé, proche mer

Nous avons séjourné ds cet appartement pour la 3e fois. Toujours très satisfaits. Il est spacieux, très bien équipé: cuisine complète, salle de bains agréable + serviettes douces, chambres spacieuses et lits confortables. Tout bien.

Rien a dire

Appartement magnifique propre dépose, ça se passe bien isolé. Pas de problème pour se garer près de la mer vue sur le port Bref rien à dire et pourtant j’ai fait beaucoup de Airbnb mais je suis là-bas vraiment plue

3e séjour dans cet appartement. Très bien

L'appartement est à proximité de la plage, des restaurants, de Nice et toute la région. Il est clair, spacieux, bien décoré, bien équipé. Les lits sont confortables. Draps et serviettes propres et douces. Un peu cher cependant.

Apartamento bem situado e decorado

O apartamento está muito bem situado e decorado. Todos os utensílios necessários na cozinha. Roupa de cama e casa de banho novas. Almofadas dos quartos pouco confortáveis. Destaco, pela negativa, a falta de limpeza do apartamento sendo visível pó no chão e em diverso mobiliário. A colaboradora que entregou as chaves não soube dar qualquer indicação sobre o que existia nas proximidades ( padaria, supermercado) sendo que a cerca de 1km existe um grande shopping com supermercado, informação que nos teria sido bastante útil. Sugiro que verifiquem a limpeza antes de entregarem o apartamento aos hóspedes.
