Just a stone's throw from the ocean and 1 km from the village (listed as a Breton heritage site), come discover our charming, self-contained apartment on the first floor of our home. Now is the perfect time to come and recharge your batteries!

Visit the Branféré Zoo, stroll through the narrow streets of Rochefort-en-Terre, and set out to explore the Gulf of Morbihan and its islands on a sunny day...

Ground-floor apartment in our house with a separate entrance (35 m² total).
It features a large, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, glass-ceramic stovetop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster...). Open-concept living and dining area with a dining table for 4 people, a sleeper sofa (140x200), and a wall-mounted TV.

Bathroom with shower, sink, washing machine, and toilet. Finally, a bedroom with a double bed (140x190), nightstands, a closet for your clothes, and a storage chest. Parking space on the slope in front of the apartment. Small fenced-in garden with patio furniture (right next to the entrance).

Please note: Ceiling height is 2 meters. Ideal for keeping the apartment cool in summer and warm in winter.

Nearby in the village, you’ll find a bakery, cafés, a small grocery store, doctors’ offices, and street vendors depending on the day of the week...

2 wunderbare Wochen Bretagne

Die Ferienwohnung hat alle unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Trotz Temperaturen von über 30 war es immer angenehm in der Wohnung. Die Ausstattung war komplett, uns hat nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieter waren unkompliziert und zuvorkommend. Obwohl sie auch im Haus wohnen, habem wir fast nichts von ihnen mitbekommen. Noyal Mizillac liegt zwar nicht direkt am Meer und mit Hund einen passenden Strand zu finden kann schwierig sein, aber als Basis für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen ist der hübsche Ort perfekt.Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Le logement et la localisation correspondaient à la description de l'annonce.En revanche le comportement de la propriétaire nous a choqué.Elle a fait prélever d'autorité 150 euros pour des 'dégâts' injustifiés.Prudence! Prévoyez des état des lieux.

Séjour charmant

Parfait pour un séjour au calme, dans la campagne bretonne pleine de charme, proche du littoral, à l'entrée de la presqu'île de Rhuis. Propriétaires très accueillants, disponibles et hyper réactifs en cas de besoin. Logement charmant et extérieur bien aménagé.
