" unit. The maximum capacity of 32 people is distributed across 3 units on the property:
- The 360-square-meter main house features multiple spacious areas.
On the first floor, a large 61-square-meter kitchen-dining room can accommodate all 32 guests together at three large tables. It is fully equipped with appliances, including an oven, microwave, large refrigerators, Thermomix, fondue sets, bread maker, and more…
A large 90-square-meter living room overlooks the pond and the forest and features three sofa areas for games or other relaxing activities.
A large game room is equipped with a pool table, a foosball table, an electronic dartboard, and numerous board games, Play-Doh sets, and other children’s toys. This game room also serves as a bedroom (accessible via the staircase from the entryway) with bunk beds and a sofa bed.
A large 40-square-meter entryway with a library and office, a large bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (bathtub and shower) and a walk-in closet measuring over 40 square meters, and another bathroom complete the first floor.
On the two upper floors, there are 4 bedrooms—one with a shower room and another bathroom.
The main house features 2 terraces, allowing you to enjoy an aperitif by the pond and have meals by the forest or by the pool.

- The “Piscine” cottage is located next to the large pool and features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and 4 separate restrooms, in addition to a large 42-square-meter living area with a kitchen. Both indoors and outdoors, 16 people can dine together.

- The “Rivière” cottage is adjacent to the “Piscine” cottage and features 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, 2 separate restrooms, and a living area with a kitchen.

Guest Access
Guests will have access to the entire property, except for one cottage located beneath the mill, which is occupied by the property owners.
Additional notes
The pool does have a standard laser perimeter safety system, but the property is crisscrossed by a river, a pond, and numerous canals from the mill. Therefore, parents must supervise young children at all times.
