Was great! Everything was clean and organized!

Would defiantly be renting from them again! Was very very straightforward to check in and check out, one of my easiest rental processes I have ever done!

Quick getaway

This house worked great for our small family with a dog. We needed a small house close to the beach with a pool just for a quick weekend getaway. Perfect location but the gate to the ocean for the neighborhood was a bit far and didn't make sense when theres a gate across the street but we made it work.

The house very cute and cozy. The pool was nice and the location was perfect. However...

The location and the pool were great. The house was dirty, the couch which was the only place e to sit. The house is advertised as sleeping 12. There was a couch to it on while inside and 4 bar stools and that's it. There were four chairs to sit in outside. No table and no lounge chairs for the pool.

Filthy Dirty

The house would be very cute and perfect for a family, however, the filth and grime made us want to stay away. was mold and grime in each shower. We attempted to open the windows for fresh air and our hands We’re covered in a layer of dirt. So disgusting.

Could use a good cleaning

Was pretty dirty. Mold all over the bottom of the shower curtain in the bunk bath room. Holes in the wall in bunk bathroom where toilet paper holder used to be. Pull out couch was filthy, had to sweep it off before being able to use it. Kitchen pretty small. Last morning when we got up to leave huge cockroach in the bedroom.

Great Stay

We loved our week here. The inside of the house was spotless. Not a grain of sand anywhere inside, so clean! It might be tight with a large group on a rainy day but we were fine. The backyard space was great. There was plenty of seating in the back. Loved having a pool! There was a broken patio table that needs to be removed and some trash around the backyard that you could tell has been there a while. Not a huge deal, just noticeable. You can see a beach access from the house. (Like listed in the description, super close.) When we tried to use that access, we were told this particular home is not part of the HOA and the access for it is a block down. I would stay here again if they get the beach access issue resolved. If not- it would not be worth the money to drag your stuff all the way down there everytime you want to go to the beach.

Beach access distance should be updated

We only chose this listing for two reasons. The pool and distance to the beach access because we had 4 younger children and a lot of things to carry. When we made it to the beach access directly across the street (in line with the distance described) we were told (very rudely by the individual monitoring the gate) that because of our address that was not our entrance and we had to walk down the block. When I attempted to call the property management # to check where we should go since there was no descriptions provided elsewhere about how to access the beach, they did not answer. I called multiple times and received a single call back and since I missed it just a text saying it was across the street. I explained what we were told so the response was then restated with the second entrance to the beach. They stay was overpriced in comparison considering the distance to the beach access point. Also by the second day we were there the overflowing outside trash for the unit piled around the trash cans outside smelled horrible and the smell took over the back yard pool area. We made the best of it, but we will definitely not stay at this location or stay at a property managed by this group again.
