Short getaway

Had lots of fun! Loved sitting on the back deck telling life’s stories with old friends. Condo was perfect for us!

Great condo

Wonderful 3 bedroom condo. It’s perfect size for a family with the kind bed, queen bed, and 2 twin beds in third bedroom. Kitchen is well stocked with multiple dishes and pots/ pans. Washer and dryer are right off the kitchen. No complaints whatsoever. Will stay again. Wonderful owner to communicate with.

Great Location

This location is perfect - close enough for a walk or easy bike ride to the village/pier area. The property was clean, comfortable and exactly as listed. And despite a few negative reviews on the check in process, we had zero problems. Would definitely stay here again!

Had some real problems

Didn’t receive lockbox code until after check in time and only after I had to send a message. Dishwasher broke and had to hand wash dishes the entire time. Let’s just say when we were packing up to leave, we found a item that was left by a previous guest that was not very pleasant. On a positive note the grounds and location were great

It was a different unit than what was advertised, but it was actually nicer! It was the unit nextdoo

Great complex, great unit. The host answered my questions in a timely manner. We would definitely stay there again. Easy walking to restaurants, shopping and the pier.

Modest condo drive to beach

The condo was clean, but modest and a drive to the beach. Best for a small and quiet group. Reached out to property manager multiple times and finally got check-in information 3 hours late. Acted perturbed and annoyed to have to provide access code, citing she was on vacation herself, but still listed as property contact. Unlikely to stay here again.

Cheryl, we apologize you were inconvenienced with the timing of your check-in information. We usually send it the day before or the day of for our security and so it is fresh in your emails. Theresa was on vacation and sounds like you may have been calling her cell. We had employees in the office and also list our office number along with text numbers. We are glad you enjoyed your stay minus the hiccup. Sorry to hear you will not be staying with us again.

Great Mini Vacation

We had to travel to the area to assist my daughter. In the end we ended up staying at Theresa's property on St. Simon's Island. The place was very nice and comfortable for the 4 of us and we had a great time as it was close to the beach. We would definitely stay here again if ever in the area.

Great location great value!

We were very happy with our stay. This is a quiet condo complex that offered a lot of on site activities and had good proximity to the village and the beach. We found the beds to be very comfortable, the condo to be very clean, and the property management company had great communication. Would definitely stay again!
