Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great place to stay! As others have said they could get some new pots and pans for preparing a meal but other than that. Great!

It’s advertised as the penthouse suite and although it is on the top floor I think this unit is tucked between the penthouse suites

If you plan on cooking in the room bring your own pots and pans. The ones on the kitchen are in poor sharp. Master shower is very small,View is great but rain will blow on you.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time. I will say the condo was a little dirty from previous renters. There was popcorn in the couch and food on the ground near the couches where it was vacuumed well. The reclining chairs did not work well and there were several places the walls needed to be patched and touched up. The condo just needs a little love. There were side tables that were broken and picture frames on the wall that were broken. We would stay again though. Great location.

THE GOODLoved the amenities of the building! The condo itself is spacious and the perfect size for our group. Beach access is is great, wasn’t overly crowded. THE NOT SO GOODFurniture is very worn, especially the hide-a-bed couch cushions and the bed itself. The skillets in the kitchen were very old and had peeling teflon that would’ve undoubtedly ended up in our food if we used them

Great Vacation Spot

Loved the place from all angles. From the condo, to the pools, tennis court, and awesome beach, the place was great!! Very relaxed environment and not crowded at all, it was the perfect place for us!!

We had a wonderful time at this location. We had an issue with the washer and maintenance immediately fix it on a Sunday! Great place to spend at the beach!

We were disappointed. While the view was beautiful and the unit was spacious, the word penthouse floor is misleading. The unit is on the top floor, as are other units, but there was nothing remotely high-end about this unit. The furnishings are sparse, outdated, and some areas aren't very clean. The mattress in the master bedroom is bulging and needs to be replaced, as does the bedding. It was not worth the price, and we would not stay here again.
