About this property

Charming 4-Bedroom House Near Beaches with Garden and Modern Amenities

Just 300 meters from the beach and 50 meters from shops, this 160 m² stone bourgeois house accommodates up to 8 people in a warm and authentic setting. It offers a spacious living room with a fireplace, 4 bedrooms (3 double beds and 2 single beds), two shower rooms, and two toilets. The kitchen and numerous amenities (washing machine, flat-screen TV, espresso machine, etc.) ensure a comfortable stay. You will enjoy an enclosed garden with garden furniture and a griddle, as well as outbuildings and a bicycle storage area for a convenient and convivial stay.
The town center and shops are 50 meters away, the bus station is 400 meters away, and the Saint-Laurent-de-la-Prée train station is 6 km away. The Rochefort thermal baths are a 15-minute drive away.

To be paid upon arrival: two security deposits: €600 for the rental, €150 for cleaning, and the tourist tax.

OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival:

- Linens: bed linens €12 per bed per week, set of 2 bath or beach towels €12 per week, set of 2 bath mats €7 per week, kitchen linens (2 tea towels and 2 hand towels) €7 per week.

- Cleaning: €150.
The rental is for a stay that begins on the day of arrival from 2:30 pm and ends on the day of departure by 10:00 am at the latest.

Excellent location. One block away from covered markets and shops in the pedestrian area. A few minutes from the beach. Large house with private garden and a nice eating area on the terrace. We would rent the house again.

Maison très bien située en centre ville , près des commerces, spacieuse pour notre groupe de 7 . Bien équipée mais le lave vaisselle est trop petit. Un petit jardin agréable , pratique pour stocker nos vélos.

Une belle prestation très bien placée

Une très belle maison aux belles pièces lumineuses et confortables, décorées avec goût. La situation du logements est idéale, proche des commerces et des plages. Petit bémol sur la difficulté à se garer car le logement ne présente pas de place de parking. La rue est très passante et bruyante mais le double vitrage fait son œuvre. Le petit jardin est très agréable. L équipement de la cuisine est à revoir (vaisselle dépareillée, pas assez de verres et couteaux qui ne coupent pas, pas de cocotte minute, cafetière qui fuit...). Le débit d eau dans les douches est trop restreint et l évier de la cuisine etait bouché. L aspirateur mériterait d être plus performant au vu de la surface de la maison. Nous aurions également apprécié avoir quelques équipements bébé comme une chaise haute et un lit parapluie. En dehors de ça nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour en famille. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Magnifique maison pour des vacances en famille

Une maison à la fois en ville et proche des plages. Elle est idyllique pour des vacances en famille et son jardin fermé est parfait avec des enfants en bas âge. Nous y avons passé un séjour magnifique.
