The Ocean is Your Backyard - Entire House on Ocean

At our home, the ocean is literally your backyard. Come and enjoy a stay in our small slice of paradise in the quaint Flagler beach area. Located on the north private beach section of Flagler Beach (Painters Hill), you can sit right in the backyard and experience ocean living with nothing obstructing your view. It's the perfect place for a family or couples. Our spacious 2/2 with a full kitchen, living room and dinette will comfortably fit 4 Adults plus kids for a fun filled beach vacation.


Please note: Upon checkout you will be asked to have all the dishes cleaned/start the dishwasher and also start a load of white towels. We don't want are guests to be surprised before checkout.

Wonderful beach house

We had a wonderful 10 day stay at this beach house. The location is perfect, you get to enjoy both the ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway. The bedrooms are big and spacious, and the beds are so comfortable!!! The house has all you need, the Publix grocery store is close by, we cooked a lot of our own meals. We highly recommend Pompano's 6th Street Deli for sandwiches just down the street from the house. Grab some lunch before renting a boat from Crescent Water Sports, you'll have a great time

Relaxed Beach Getaway!

This was our first stay at this property, and we really enjoyed the house and the private beach. Very comfortable beds and modern touches made our stay feel like home.

Beach house with a view

Comfortable little beach cottage with fantastic views. Close to many good restaurants and fish market and grocers. After being out all day , it was a pleasure to come back and cook and relax. Perfect vacation getaway

Peaceful vacation!

The cottage by the sea

Our family of 6 (2 grandparents, mom and dad, 15 year old grandson and 11 year old granddaughter) had a great week here in June! Nicely decorated, beautiful backyard with fire pit overlooking the ocean, wave sounds 24/7, only about a dozen people on the beach as far as you can see. If you like uncrowded beaches away from commercial stores and entertainment, but within a short driving distant, this is the place for you. Hope to visit again, perhaps in the winter.

Lovely spot! Immaculate and private.

We could not find one negative about this property or our stay. The home was immaculately clean. (This coming from someone who is a bit paranoid about cleanliness.) The location could not be beat. The host was quick to answer our questions. They even supply a variety of kcups which was so kind and accommodating! Lord willing, we will be back! Thanks so much for making this such a wonderful trip for our family!

This place is amazing!!! It was right on the beach, the beach was empty. Very nice would stay again

Right on the beach

This house and location are awesome. It is right on the beach, literally steps away. The fire pit is a nice amenity, to sit in front of the ocean especially with a beautiful full moon. Boys could play on beach in clear view of house. The beds were very comfortable. Owner was great communicator and awesome.. Would definitely love to stay at this location again!

My wife and I were celebrating our honeymoon. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Private beach access on the Atlantic coast. Breathtaking views just outside the master bedroom. The house was perfect for us.

Perfect beach location

Flagler is our favorite beach and we wanted a house right on the water. This was perfect for us. Clean, tastefully decorated, all the amenities we needed and the weather even cooperated. We hope to stay again.

Lovely place!

Our family of 6 fit comfortably in this very clean and nicely decorated home. The location was beautiful with the living room and master bedroom facing the ocean. The 2 bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. We had the beach all to ourselves. We would love to to vacation here again.
