Enjoy the Old Florida Charm of Flagler Beach, the perfect location to call your home away from home. Relax in this ocean front beach home; enjoy the spectacular views from multiple sliding doors or from the large deck that over looks the ocean. You'll love the tranquility of Flagler Beach as well as Flagler's proximity to St. Augustine, Orlando, Daytona Beach, Cape Canaveral and 5 Championship Golf Courses. Flagler Beach has been voted one of the 'Best Small Towns in America.'!

This four bedroom 3.5 bath home is meticulously maintained. The top floor offers the master suite, an ensuite and a half bath. This is our second home and we treat it as such!!

I look forward to hearing from you and sharing our own little piece of paradise. I'm quite confident you'll enjoy your stay! You will be working directly with the owner of the home, there are no management companies to deal with!

DURING THE SPRING AND SUMMER MONTHS WE ONLY RENT ON A SATURDAY TO SATURDAY TIME FRAME. AFTER AUGUST OUR MINIMUM STAY IS 3 NIGHTS. HIGH SEASON RUNS FROM THE FIRST SATURDAY IN FEBRUARY UNTIL THE END OF AUGUST.

What a wonderful home ! It was perfect for what we needed. The house was clean, beds were comfy. The kitchen was stocked with all we needed. The communication with the Host was prompt and courteous. Great summer vacation! Amazing views of the beach and very easy access, just a short walk from the house to the boardwalk. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with pans, dishes, utensils and small appliances ( Keurig. coffee pot, toaster, etc) that you need to make full meals at home. There are a lot of restaurants and a Publix very close to the house, and great ice cream shops. We had an amazing stay and I would highly recommend this house. Also, Randy, the host was very easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed.

My family and I love Flagler Beach. The beach house was beautiful. We loved the ocean view and the balconies. The house was close the all our favorite places the eat, like walking distance from the Turtle Shack.

I have been married for 30+ years and I have 2 daughters. My wife and I bought our vacation rental in Flagler Beach in 2003. The house is our second home and a vacation rental from the day we purchased the property. I have been managing the property from the beginning and have updated the house throughout. We recently purchased a 3 bedroom 3 full bath townhouse on the island of Roatan in the Caribbean. We love the beach and warm weather and will eventually make the move south. I certainly hope this happens much sooner than later!

Why they chose this property

Flagler Beach is a small community on the east coast directly between Daytona Beach and St. Augustine. Flagler provides that old Florida charm and family atmosphere that is so hard to find anymore. You don't have to arrive at the beach at 6am to grab just a little bit of the sand. There is always plenty of room at Flagler Beach!

What makes this property unique

Spectacular views of the ocean and sunrise. Large 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home with all of the amenities of home. Flagler Beach is quit tranquil, in fact you'll find that you'll have the beach pretty much to yourselves. One of the few locations you can open a beer and enjoy the beach legally! The small town atmosphere, and locally owned restaurants make Flagler Beach The perfect vacation spot!
