A cozy little getaway! The porch is to die for. Beds were soooo comfy. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need (including wine openers!) The hosts really went above and beyond to make sure the cabin has everything you could need for a home-away-from-home. They also were very prompt about responding when messaged!
We had a great time at your place! Uppon arrival the house was very clean and orderly. This place had everything we needed for a great stay! Wed definitely visit again.
We stayed 3 nights and had a wonderful time. The lake was beautiful and the accommodations were great! Our 9yr old enjoyed fishing. Unfortunately the weather limited the amount of time we spent on the water but when we were out there it was very enjoyable. Would absolutely stay here again!
Fun family weekend on the lake, fishing, kayaking and hanging by the fire. Very clean and comfy for a family of 5 plus a toddler. Dogs have a blast too.
Great little cabin and super convenient to Grand Rapids! Owners were quick to respond. Fishing is GREAT for young kids with lots of bites. Just not for fishermen looking for Crappies or Walleye. Lake is spectacular and clear with lots of great swimming and non-motor activities! I’d definitely recommend
We came to Grand Rapids for a wedding and we were looking for a a spot we could all be under one roof. This fit the bill and we got some fishing in too.
The spot is gorgeous and easy access to anything you need for convenience. We had a wedding so not much time to explore but would def go again to use the lake and surrounding area
Little Bass cabin was just what we were looking for our family vacation. The check in and out process was very easy. We arrived on a Sunday and stayed a week but with the view of the lake at sunrise and sunset as well as spending time on the lake and lounging on the beach area none of us were ready to go home. I can’t say enough about the hosts they were amazing to work with, even before our stay very prompt to answer and questions as well as during and after our stay. Thank you for the honor of renting your VRBO.Penny

About the host
Hosted by Chrissy Davison
Hi! We are Eric and Chrissy, husband and wife, who have always had a special place in our hearts for Minnesota lake life. Eric has family near Bemidji and Chrissy was a camp counselor near Remer, so the area holds a lot of memories for us.
We have three kids of our own, plus our dog, who love being up at the lake!
Watching our own kids play with sticks and get excited about catching fish with worms instead of staring at their iPads is always worth the drive to the lake.
Hosting families and hearing about the experiences made together is what we enjoy the most!
Laughing together out in the fresh air surrounded by the pines is truly the best pastime, and we are happy to share that with you.
Why they chose this property
Our little home is on one of my favorite lakes - swimming is clean and clear, fishing is great, lake traffic is quiet, and the trees keep it secluded.
Across the lake you can barely spot another house which makes it feel like you’ve got the lake to yourself. Nothing but trees and tall pines as the loons swim by. Perfection.
What makes this property unique
We hear from our guests that they love the deck the most. All three tiers of it!
Being able to comfortably be outside, watch the water, and catch some sun is what Minnesota summers are for!
