Vivenda Algarvia - Bordeira

The house is great, with a fantastic view. We spent a great time there and we highly recommend the experience. Hosts are very friendly and always available to support whatever we may need. Great experience.

Excellent stay to relax and enjoy the stunning views

We had a great time at “Vivenda Algarvia”. A nice and warm welcome by Tim, with a smooth check-in, and useful tips from Tim. The house itself is also great: nice interior, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms/beds and 2 bathrooms. We were just missing a power socket in the bathrooms (or at least we couldn't find one). The exterior is where you’ll be most: large pool, plenty of areas where you can enjoy the sun or some shade. The house is located in a very quiet area, ideal for us to relax, but to explore the area, a car is almost mandatory.

Perfect stay

We had a perfect stay in this house - we loved the house with the pool, the garden and the shadowed places around the pool. The kitchen is filled with many usefull tools and enough of everything, so that you don`t have to use the dishwasher every day. The airconditioner are realy fast and helpfull when it gets too hot at night. The carport helped to keep the car cold. As there are not many houses in the neighbourhood, we had a really quiet stay, and that was exactly what we wanted to have for vacation. Even our adolescent kids were thrilled by the days in the house- espacially because the internet had no interruption at all. Tim welcomed us at the house, though our fligth was delayed and it had already gotten very late. He is very nice and we enjoyed his tipps with food and restaurants and sigthseeing events. Whenever we willl come back to this area, we would definitely stay at this place again.

La casa es fantástica,amplia y con todo detalle.Muy completa en cuanto a menaje,toallas y hamacas de piscina, decoración cuidada ...La zona de piscina y jardín es estupenda,hay tres ambientes diferentes totalmente amueblados ,incluidos nevera y fregadero exterior ,enchufes,luces fijas y con sensor ... La bienvenida por parte de Tim fue muy puntual y realmente agradable al igual que la despedida.La recomiendo 100%.

prima villa om te verblijven met mooi uitzicht en een goede pool. erg rustig gelegen. Dus je moet wel alles met de auto doen. Helaas hadden wij wel te kampen met vele kleine mankementen in de woning en veel last van mieren in de keukenkastjes hoewel wij alles penibel schoon hielden. de arme houskeeper Tim was bijna elke dag aan huis om iets te repareren. Dat verwacht je niet in deze prijsklasse. De eigenaar was altijd snel te bereiken, echter was de oplossing meestal toch met tywraps en stukjes karton en niet een vervanging door een nieuw apparaat. ook waren wij verbaasd, dat de schoonmaak na 1 week niet ook beddegoed en handdoeken ververste. Dit werd enkel opgemaakt. Dat hadden wij ook anders begrepen vooraf en uiteindelijk maar zelf gewassen. De eigenaar heeft ons wel een mooi etentje verzorgd als compensatie. Dat was fijn. Al met al blijft er toch een gevoel hangen, dat de prijs niet in verhouding was.
