Beachside, Lux, Beach View. We Are Open!

Completely remodeled luxury beachside condo with balcony. Water/beach view- balcony and living room. Short walk down to beach. Saatva Luxury mattress in Master. 2nd Bed- has double over double bunk bed with twin trundle. Couch -pullout bed that sleeps two more. Kid-friendly! Pack n play with memory foam mattress and diaper genie. Toys, child-proofing, kid utensils etc in unit. Beach supplies, towels, wagon, chairs, toys umbrellas.. below in storage. Paddleboard and bike rental available nearby! We are open! Beautifully and thoughtfully remodeled, in order to be convenient- for a low stress and luxurious beach stay. Balcony and waterfront view. We have everything you need for the week and more! Kid /baby friendly and well-stocked so you don’t have to lug things over to the beach. We have toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc.. Sit on the balcony or the couch and watch the waves, or walk down to the beach. Indian Rocks Beach is a gorgeous low-key less-touristy beach. Many restaurants and bars in waking or biking distance from condo. Paddle board and bike rentals nearby. If you must work we have WiFi and a mesh network. We can also put you in contact with a local babysitting service or in unit massage. 2 parking spots included, but unit is near public beach parking as well. No elevator, must be able to walk up two floors. Location on the map is incorrect. This listing is on the Gulf Blvd beachside of the street. We asked that the pin be moved to the correct spot, but they won’t allow it for privacy issues. Condo is about 1000 sq ft. We have flexible sleeping options available (especially for kids) but please consider how much room your family will need to be comfortable. Entire condo, 2 parking spaces, and beach storage below Please Airbnb message me or text me for help or questions about the rental. Close to the beach! Many local restaurants and bars in walking or biking distance. Indian Rocks Beach is a great place to ride a bike. Bike lanes run up and down Gulf Blvd. This listing is at (2406 Gulf Blvd 33785) next to 25th Ave (on the beachside). We asked that the pin be moved to the correct spot, but they won’t allow it for privacy issues. 2 parking spots included. Local bike rental is available. No smoking or BBQ on balcony. No pets. No elevator. Must walk up two flights of steps

A great experience all around. Gretchen was quick to respond to any questions I had. The condo was perfect and just steps to the beach. They had unbrellas, beach chairs, boogie boards and beach toys so the kids were happily entertained and we were able to relax as well. We will definitely be back

Great family vacation

This place has a beautiful decor & has everything to make you feel at home, away from home. We loved the view & being able to walk down to the beach to enjoy the day & the amazing sunset!

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this beauty home. Everything was easily accessible for all of our needs. We had ample room for our family, and a great view of the Gulf from our balcony. There were multiple amenities nearby if we were wanting to get off the beach. If we needed anything Gretchen responded quickly, and was incredibly kind! 10 out of 10 for our experience. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect Beach Getaway

We loved everything about our stay in this beautiful Indian Rocks Beach condo. It was so comfortable and had everything we needed! The sunsets were amazing and the beach is wonderful. It was close to restaurants and bars and we hated to leave!

Conveniently located and walkable

Property was accurately described in listing. Clean and conveniently located on beach side of Gulf Boulevard. Easy walk to beach for beautiful sunsets. As well as easy walk to several restaurants and the French bakery.

Spring break with family

Our family was fortunate to book this property. The condo was in a great location and close to the rest of our vacationing family in Redington Beach. The condo was clean and the decor was just like the pictures. Gretchen is a wonderful, generous host. We hope to stay here again!

Immaculately clean. Apartment was well situated for our needs. Only slept and showered there for 2days but unit was very clean and host was quick to respond to apartment complex questions. Close to campus which was what we were looking for

Best Condo and Location

Gretchen was the best host. She was so easy to get a hold of with any issues we had. Her condo was super clean and had everything we needed. She was so detailed with everything. The condo felt like home and me and my family will most certainly be back to her place.

Great Experience

We had a great experience staying here! The communication with the owner was terrific. The location was very nice and quiet and the unit is so close to the beach and restaurants. The amenities were great as well. The owner is very thoughtful with providing all that’s necessary or desired to make the stay comfortable and easy. We also enjoyed the balcony with the beach view. Would definitely recommend the unit to a couple or small family.

Yearly family vacation

After a 21 hour car ride from Massachusetts this property was everything it said it was. The kids had enough room where they weren't on top of each other. Everything was convent and easy to find. Any questions we had were answered promptly.

Last minute booking.

We only had a short time in the area and the condo rental was the exact time frame we needed. Indeed a great location with many restaurants within walking distance. Indian Rocks Beach is a special place for us and this last minute booking that opened up was perfect. And a special thanks for the prompt response when we weren’t sure of some of the condo functions.

Perfect Stat for Family Vacation!!

This was our first family vacation with our 18month old. The owner was very responsive and pleasant when we asked questions before arriving, and we were able to Check-In early. The decor and furniture are bright, clean, and classy. We loved the big dining table! There are so many extras, and the perfect place to stay with littles! The beach is steps away from the condo, and it is located minutes away from great restaurants. We absolutely loved our stay and are eager to come back next year.

A perfect stay

I recently stayed at this rental property for 5 days and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how welcoming and clean the place was. The host was very responsive, providing clear instructions for check-in, which made settling in so much easier.The apartment itself was spotless and beautifully decorated, with amenities that made it feel like home. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed, and the living room was cozy, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Beautiful Condo

This was a beautiful condo with everything you could need. The condo was very clean when we arrived and getting into the condo was easy. Host was very quick with communication and very friendly. We have a Ford Transit van and it fit under the covered parking. Our kids loved that they had toys and books in the kid’s room. Also, the kitchen was stocked with anything you needed. Great place if you have small children. They have a booster seat and children’s plates. Decorated very nicely throughout the condo. The wagon and chairs are great to have there to bring to the beach. Overall we had a great stay at this amazing condo!

You won’t regret staying at this property!

From start to finish Gretchen was an amazing host! We needed a itemized receipt prior to staying for work reimbursement and she accommodated without hesitation and was extremely prompt ( I messaged her on Thanksgiving Day and she responded within minutes). This condo had EVERYTHING, from kids toys, to multiple varieties of shampoo/conditioner, all the beach items you will need, a Nespresso for lattes, and a kitchen with all you need for cooking (or not cooking because you’re on vacation!!). Not to mention it’s just beautiful and exactly as pictured. Beds were very comfortable, the second bedroom had queen over queen bunk beds with a twin trundle- our family of 5 slept here very comfortably while my elderly In-laws took the king bed in the master. My family did just fine with the two flights of stairs but my elderly mother-in-law had a harder time with it. We knew there would be two flights of stairs but didn’t know how she would be able to handle it. Now we know. Just something to be aware of if stairs are an issue. Ocean views, and literally just steps to the water- not even a block away and you don’t have to cross the street. We had the best vacation enjoying our family and would recommend this gem to anyone!

STUNNING

I can’t speak highly enough about our stay, check in and check out was so easy, the view was amazing especially for an affordable price, the bed was SO comfy, any amenity needed was there, even toys and utensils for my son. It had everything I needed and more. And communication was very fast, and very personable. I would recommend this place to ANYONE and will definitely be staying here the next time I’m in the area!!!
