When you are in the Tampa area and need a beach oasis escape, DO STAY HERE!! Everything is simply perfect! It is immaculately clean. Super cute and great layout. The beach is steps away, perfect for morning walks, watching evening sunsets and everything in between. There are a ton of restaurants within walking distance. Communication with the owners is easy and top notch. We will absolutely be back!

We've been staying in Indian Rocks for the past 6 years & this has been our favorite place yet! Beautiful property, never crowded, ocean views all day, and just STEPS to the white sand! See you again next year!

Our family had a wonderful time. The property was very clean, had everything we needed for the beach. This was wonderful. The villa was stocked with everything we needed to make a meal. Loved that we were able to walk a few steps to the beach. Lot’s of good restaurants and ice cream.

Wonderful Family Vacation

This property is everything that is says it is and more. Our family had the most wonderful vacation here. Our kids said it was the best place we have ever stayed. It was peaceful and beautiful. Close walking distance to shops and restaurants. Looking forward to coming back again.

Gulfside Villas

Our stay at this condominium was great. The place was clean and kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. Location was perfect with plenty of restaurants and stores. There was plenty of beach chairs and towels and so great to be right on beach.

Great stay, Perfect Location!

This townhouse was exactly as advertised. It was very well decorated and stocked and most importantly, it was extremely clean. And I could not have asked for a better location. Leanne had great communication and was very responsive.

Ocean view spectacular!

What a beautiful property just steps from the ocean. Ocean view from your balcony. Extremely clean and well kept. Appliances all new. Hostess was easy to contact and accommodating. Plenty of good restaurants to walk to or a short Uber. We loved our stay and hope to be back!

Wonderful Place to Stay

My family really enjoyed staying at this property. The location is fantastic. The beach was only steps away and the townhouse came with all the beach stuff we could possibly need. The property was clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again!

We live in Florida but have always wanted a vacation home at the beach! We prefer the Florida Gulf Coast because of the atmosphere and great long days with beautiful sunsets! We have thoroughly enjoyed our years of renting our townhouse to people from all over! We have met thru phone, email and in person such wonderful people! Not to mention the great care they have taken of our place! We look forward to meeting many more and providing people with a place where they can create wonderful memories year after year with their family and friends! It truly has been a pleasure!

We have always loved Indian Rocks Beach and have vacationed here often when we found this property it met all our wants...beach right outside our door no roads to cross for our child, heated pool, balcony with beautiful views and walking distance to everything especially the nightly ice cream run! We love the townhouse space of this property compared to the numerous condos we looked at. We instantly fell in love with it and saw the wonderful potential of renovation with it's large bedrooms, separation of living space; you feel like you are in a home not condo. We had rented many beach places that were not kept up to date; our goal when we renovated our property was to have our guests not only love the beach but love where they stayed. We wanted them to leave thinking of when they would be back to stay!

We have many return guests our goal is to maintain a clean, well stocked, cared for home for them to return to. We love to hear the comments from our returning guests in that they notice the little things we do to keep our townhouse up to date and functioning at 100%. If it is your first time visiting us we hope you have a wonderful stay and you leave knowing you want to come back again.
