Great experience. Property is very clean and well kept. Lots of room at pool level, and property is very conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants and bars.

Average Property

The condo was clean but small and compact. Too much furniture took up space. The second bedroom did not have a window so technically not a bedroom. The master bedroom bed was uncomfortable, very firm bed. The bathrooms were extremely small. The condo was not soundproof. Very noisy from unit above and stairs from outside the condo door. Thankfully we didn’t spend much time in or at the condo.

Property was ok. Condo was dated and had an old smell and old dated decor. Things were broken and it wasn't super clean. We didn't figure out how to get the TV to work until the last day. Check in and out was a breeze. Unit is Next to public parking lot so lots of shady night activity. The rules were very clear but focused on silly things. The thermostat was NOT to go below 72 and had to be put back at 80 upon check out. You take your own trash out. Dumpsters were right out front of condo. No vaping or ecigs or smoking of any kind was their focus. The walls are PAPER thin. That's not a fault of condo owner but there needs to be more said in paperwork about being courteous to others and signs in hallway that there are residents in the exit stairwell. All week the group upstairs were loud and obnoxious. From karaoke at max volume to running back and forth and up and down stairs at all hours. The master bed was a brick and I did not get much sleep at all. I know you can't pick your neighbors so i don't fault the condo management. This unit also did not offer beach accessories of any capacity. Overall i was there to visit my daughter so it was ok. I would NOT bring my family for a week long adventure though.
