Situated in the beachfront heart of the island, the ocean is a quick stroll down the private beach access away. When you’re ready for a break from the beach, the house is a short walk from the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center, the General Store, and Robert Trent Jones Golf Course.

Enter the house into the grand living room where a new 65” Samsung smart TV and plenty of seating will handle the entertainment. An open concept first floor features an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast nook that opens to a deck with outdoor dining, and a bonus sunroom with an additional TV and deck / backyard pool access. There is no shortage of choices to sit with friends and family to enjoy a meal – a large dining table, the breakfast nook, bar seating, or two outdoor dining tables will suit the whole group’s preferences.

Channel your inner-child or let the kids challenge each other in Pop-a-shot or ping pong in the garage. The garage is where you’ll find beach chairs and miscellaneous pool & beach toys.

Your stay at Mooring Buoy has plenty of options for everyone:
• Head back and forth between the beach and cooling off at the private backyard pool
• Hit the links at one of Palmetto Dunes three top-rated championship golf courses (including Robert Trent Jones)

The 4 bedrooms are laid out as follows:
• Master Bedroom with King bed, in-suite bathroom
• Bedroom 2 with King Bed, in suite bathroom with second access door from common area
• Bedroom 3 with King Bed, Jack and Jill bathroom with Bedroom 4
• Bedroom 4 with full bed and bunked twin beds, Jack & Jill bathroom with Bedroom 3
• Pullout couch in sunroom as an extra bed


Opt to heat the pool and/or hot tub for additional fee. Please give advanced notice if you would like to heat the pool. The house is professionally cleaned by the island’s top rated cleaning service.

Two gate passes are included (PD increased gate pass fees starting Oct '24, so rather than increase fees for all parties, gate passes beyond the avg car parking will be passed on as needed). Additional gate passes will be charged at the gate, or can be pre-paid as an extra charge.
