Villa's 2 bedrooms has 3 beds and 1 daybed. 2 recently updated, full bathrooms to wash the sunscreen off. Updated kitchen to cook up your fresh catch or your own take on key lime pie! Private laundry to wash the sand out.

Kawama Yacht Club's a gated community with 24x7 security on the Atlantic Ocean! Great oceanfront exposure for beautiful sunrises & colorful sunsets over the Westward mangroves. 2 pools and a salt-water lagoon for swimming. Playground for the kiddos. Tennis courts ready for your aces!

Key Largo is a great area with everything from relaxing with a book in the sun to adventuring. Countless dive/snorkel shops to take you out in John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park (MM102) or 100ft underwater to the USS Spiegel Grove wreck. Countless fishing charters to hook dinner or stop at Key Largo Fisheries' Market (MM99) if you prefer dinner pre-hooked. Swim/paint with dolphins or volunteer at Dolphin Plus (MM102). Plenty of restaurants and dive bars with musicians to serenade, shops to hit, mangroves to kayak thru, etc... Something for everyone!

Full Disclosure, top complaint i get is parking. Yes, there is parking steps from my front door but they're not assigned parking spots. You may have to park a few units down. Usually, just an issue on holiday and other peak times.

New Year Getaway

Property was everything as advertised. Check in / out was a breeze. Located directly beside cabana and pool areas. The lagoon was a nice surprise for snorkeling. The property is close to shopping and everything in Key Largo. Definitely recommend for a family adventure.

Kawama Condo

Condo was perfect for my family. Had everything we needed and was clean/comfortable. The host was friendly and communicated well. Kawama is a great resort with so much to offer.

Great vacation spot!

Nice and cozy. Felt just like home. Rooms were nice and big. Plenty of beds and storage. the place was fully stocked so we never had to worry about running out of anything. The view of the lagoon and pool was awesome! My family and I had so much fun! Would recommend to anyone!

Perfect!!!

We loved the our stay, the property was perfect for us and location was awesome. We really enjoyed sitting in the screen porch with a view of the lagoon. We also enjoyed the pool and took walks down the marina and walked along the peninsula. We swam with the fish in the lagoon and feed the iguana's and even hand fed the squirls some peanuts. Thank you Paul for sharing your property and we look forward a future stay!

Nice enough

The condo was nice enough. It does need some improvements. Spackled walls need to be painted. Shower curtain liner was missing from upstairs bathroom. I moved the shower curtain from the downstairs bathroom to the upstairs shower. Some shower rings were missing and the ones that were there would break easily. Condiments were left in the refrigerator that previous guests used. That is very unsanitary and off putting. We've stayed at many VRBO rentals and that has never happened before. That king bed in the main bedroom is VERY uncomfortable. It reminded me of our camper bed. My daughter said the same about the upper bunk is the second bedroom. The stairs have a fabric covering that can be hazardous for walking, especially if you have any kind of back or knee issues. It was disappointing not to have a balcony from the main bedroom. It was opened up to provide additional sleeping. The sliding glass doors are still there and do not slide in the tracks. The couch in the living room was busted and we did not use it. Parking is awful. It's park anywhere you can find. All of this aside, the grounds are beautiful. Being that close to the ocean was a plus. The location is close to a lot of great restaurants. The people were friendly. We've been to Key Largo 20+ times and this was more pricey than we have stayed previously.

Wonderful Rental!

Can't say enough about this wonderful property. Communication with the owner was great he relied very quickly. The property was clean, and had everything we needed. The kitchen had enough to cook if you want. The beds were comfy and both bedrooms were good. The lagoon was right out the backdoor and the pool was very close. Great experience and good location.

Great location to explore the Keys from

We spent a wonderful 5 nights here and even before our trip, Paul was really helpful and answered all my questions. The lagoon is right outside the back door and we really enjoyed swimming in here and using the kayak at the property. We had a fabulous meal at Hobo's cafe and really recommend the breakfast at Doc's diner. The property was very comfortable and just as described, it had everything in that we needed, needs were comfy too!

Family vacation

We have stayed at this unit before. Always well stocked, clean, comfortable and a perfect location. Could see where improvements have been made from the previous year. Paul is always excellent with communication. We look forward to booking our future vacations in this unit and with this host!

Awesome snorkeling in the lagoon right behind the condo!

We had a wonderful time and found the best snorkeling in Key Largo was right behind our condo! Paul is a wonderful communicator and the condo was very comfortable! Lots of family memories were made! Thank you!

Piece of Paradise

This is our 3rd time staying at B8 in Kawama, and it never disappoints. The location is the best in Kawama as the lagoon and pool are steps outside the door. Condo is clean and the kitchen is well stocked with any utensils/appliances you may need. The marina is just a short walk. We came with friends that rented a slip for their boat at the marina there. We were able to go out snorkeling multiple days. Check out Molasses reef if you can! There are many areas restaurants to choose from. Everything is conveniently located (Gas, groceries, pharmacies, shopping, restaurants), yet Kawama gives the feel that you are in a secluded vacation spot. We did a seafood night and bought our fish at the fishery just down the road. Checking in and out is super easy. Paul is a great host and is just a phone call away if we needed anything, which we did not. Highly recommend!

Perfect Key Largo Location/ Very Nice Friendly Community/Excellent Host

Easy check in / checkout. Excellent location in Key Largo! Host had Great Communications with us with what to expect for checkin, and checkout. The community in which this townhouse resided was a perfect location within the community and Key Largo. Close to a variety of attractions, restaurants, diving. Swimming pool and swimming waterway we're located right outside the back door, and only a few minute walk to the beach. The use of a kayak belonging to the host was included as a benefit. My daughter loved swimming and kayaking in the water and feeding the Tarpon. Other than filling our bellies which there are plenty of good restaurants, bars within a 5-10 min drive. Everything we needed was included...2 bedrooms upstairs, full bath on each level, A pull out couch in the living room. Upstairs (one bedroom with a full size bed with a single bunk also in the room. The second bedroom has a king size bed and a full size futon bed. There were plenty of towels for the 6 of us, hot water, fridge, freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, coffee maker, oven, microwave, and ac worked well. A laundry room was also provided, free of charge. Paul communicated perfectly with us at check in and checkout. Although we never met face to face, Paul was an Excellent Host for our Week vacation in Key Largo, we would be delighted to stay at Paul's place anytime we are in the Fl, Keys area.

Nice location

This unit is in a great location in the community, and the community is in a great location in Key Largo. The back porch is nicely situated Ted at the end of the long lagoon, and across from the pavilion. The unit is about mid way through the property and allows nice access for ocean viewing with a short walk. The community has a lot to offer even if just hanging out for a day.

INCREDIBLE!

Paul was a fantastic host, really went above and beyond to accommodate our family. The house was cozy, really kid friendly and had a ton of extras for kiddos (toys, floaties, pack n play, etc). We were so comfortable and the area was just gorgeous. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot and I’m a pretty picky traveler!

Home away from home

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this Villa rental! The back door opens up to a gazebo, heated salt water pool and a lagoon with cool fish. It was so relaxing and it was also close to many restaurants/bars. Paul was very attentive, resourceful with giving ideas for places to see/things to do. We enjoeyed our stay so much, we were able to extend our stay another day, which gave us more time to either lounge at the pool or venture through Key Largo a bit longer. I highly recommend this rental for others!

Wonderful wedding weekend

The property is lovely! Swimming pools, a lagoon, playground, all nicely landscaped! Our condo was nice, 2 bedrooms and a bath upstairs, one small bath on the first floor, along with a kitchen, small dining area and living room. The condo is close to the palapa, grill, lagoon, and one of the pools. Parking can be odd, as guests do not always park by there own condo, or some guests have more than 2 cars and use the spots of others. A small snag in the plan. We would come back here, after seeing the 3 bedroom condos, and some in the tower, there appears to be a great variety of room types, all with something to offer.

A little gem that’s rough around the edges

We didn’t get to see to much of the property we were there for diving so we were gone most of the days .. convenient for getting our gear in and out with a hose bib out front for washing gear off.. owner was very responsive and it was comfortable and clean and close to our dive sites!! We would stay again.. only thing that would have been nice is access to the dryer but we never asked if we could I’m sure the owner would have responded and the couches downstairs were broken and a little rough.. but like I said we would stay again.. so no biggie for us

Wonderfully Relaxing & Family Friendly Property

This is one of the most relaxing places I've ever stayed. We were pleasantly surprised at how much room there was for 4 of us...myself & 3 20-somethings on vacation to visit my daughter during her internship in Key Largo. The pool, lagoon, & grounds were very well maintained. I love that there is 24-hour security staffed at the front gate. Paul was a wonderful host & very communicative. I will definitely look to stay here whenever we come back.
