This spacious two-story townhome features a modern and welcoming layout. The bright open-concept living area includes comfortable seating and a 43” Smart TV, creating the perfect space to relax together. Sliding doors lead directly to the private screened pool and an outdoor dining area with seating for four.
The fully equipped kitchen features stainless-steel appliances and everything you need to prepare meals at home, while the dining table comfortably seats six guests.

Bedroom 1: King bed, closet, private bathroom
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Bunk bed (Full on the bottom / Twin on top) + Twin trundle bed
A full shared bathroom is located upstairs, with an additional half bath conveniently located on the ground floor.
Additional amenities include a laundry room with washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, clothesline, and free high-speed Wi-Fi.
Guests enjoy full access to Encantada Resort amenities, including a fitness center, sauna, business center, heated community pool with lake views, children’s playground, game room, and café.
