The Tiki Room - Close to the parks!

The Tiki Room at Windsor Hills is a two story 3 bedroom 3 bathroom townhome with a private splash pool just for you!

Our Harry Potter themed bedroom is found downstairs and has one queen sized bed. An en-suite bathroom is shared with the downstairs living area.

The living area is spacious with places to sit and relax on the living room couch or on the two barstools at the counter top. There is a 4-person kitchen table to eat.

In the back screened-in lanai there is a private splash pool with FREE pool heat (just notify us in advance). Pool towels are provided for your convenience. Board games and books are in the living room for your enjoyment.

The kitchen features all standard kitchen appliances and the supplies you need to cook during your stay. Amenities include a slow cooker, waffle iron, and Keurig.

Upstairs is a Star Wars themed room with two twin-sized bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom. Also upstairs is a Haunted Mansion / Tiki themed room with a king bed and en-suite bathroom. All bathrooms have a hair dryer. Also found upstairs is a full-sized washer and dryer for your use (you supply the detergent).

This is a self catered property so although we provide an initial supply of toilet paper and soap you may need to purchase additional for your stay.

This is a dog friendly home. All dogs must be pre-approved. Maximum of 2 dogs. Maximum weight of 25lbs. There is an additional pet fee of $15 per night per dog. The weight and pet limit is set by my HOA so sorry, no exceptions can be made. Along with the rental agreement, a pet agreement must be electronically signed. Dogs must be well-behaved and potty trained. Excessive barking or aggressiveness will not be tolerated.

This townhome has a maximum occupancy of 8. This includes overnight and day guests. All guests must be registered whether or not they stay the night.

We do have external security cameras at our property. They collect visual and sound. This is for safety reasons. There are no cameras inside and no cameras that view the back lanai/pool. One is a Ring doorbell at the front entrance and one covers the back entrance to the lanai.

Please note the community water park will be closed for renovations January 5, 2026 - February 13, 2026. The community pool will be open during this time.

This property is great and close to Magic Kingdom.The only downside, not enough towels and the water pressure in the shower was low. The back door would not lock. Overall the property was great and the host was very accommodating and responsive. I would stay here again!

Great Place!!!

We had a fantastic stay in the Tiki Room! Very clean, and close to the parks. The waterpark and pool were fabulous!The themed rooms were adorable and we had a wondertful time! The host was responsive and extremely helpful. We will stay here again!!!!!

We had a great stay at the tiki room! Our kids LOVED all the theming in the bedrooms! The stuffed animals in each room was a nice touch! We had everything we needed! The kids had a blast in the splash pool each evening! The entertainment and resort pool was great and only a short walk away! Everything made for a great stay! We’ll definitely be recommending to friends traveling in the area and will be back!

Highly recommended!

We come down to WDW probably 6X year and always stay at Windsor Hills. Our stay at the Tiki Room was fantastic. You can’t go wrong staying here!

Fantastic Property!

We had a fantastic stay in the Tiki Room! We have stayed at Windsor Hills several times, but this has been our favorite property yet! Very clean, and all the extra supplies we needed to make our stay feel like home (with a pool and fabulous resort pool/waterpark). My kids loved unwinding in the splash pool and even chose to stay in one afternoon over going to the clubhouse/pool. The themed rooms were adorable and we had so much fun!

Great Location, Close to all Parks

Stayed at the Tiki Room with family, there was 7 of us and there was plenty of room for all of us! The home is in a great location; we took an afternoon break a few days to come back from the parks to swim and headed back later in the day. The kids loved the pool and water park! Home is clean and our host was very responsive to our outreach.

Clean and Bright!

Our 4 week stay in the Tiki Room townhome was exceedingly comfortable. During the last 10 years, we have stayed in various vacation rentals at Windsor Hills. This was our favorite! First, our dog was welcome. Second, everything was clean and better maintained than any other of our Windsor rentals The kitchen is well appointed. The “back yard” is terrific for throwing the ball with your kids or walks with the dog. It’s also a short walk to the resort’s pool and community building. You can’t help but to have a wonderful time!

LOVED our stay!

We absolutely loved our two week stay at the Tiki Room. There were a few minor issues that we alerted the owner of right away. She was very responsive and took care of all our needs. The private pool was a major bonus for us! You couldn't ask for more in a town home and community. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

This is an awesome place. When we go back we want to stay here. Close to everything and easy to get around. Very well stocked. The beds are amazing. Jennifer was super easy to work with. Her reply to emails was fast. Thank you Jennifer for allowing us to stay in your wonderful Orlando home.

The perfect place to stay!

We had a great stay at the Tiki Room, we didn’t want to leave! The house was clean and had everything that we could possibly need. All of the bedding was clean, matching bath towels, plenty of pool towels, and all of the kitchen supplies (good quality ones) needed to cook meals. We loved the stairs baby gate, pool gate and door alarm. It made us feel more comfortable having young kids with the pool. The house is also centrally located to the community pool and playground. We loved our stay and cannot wait to come back!

The Tiki Room had everything you'd need. Townhouse was very neat and clean upon arrival. All utensils, pots, pans, towels and bedding were good quality. Really appreciated the starter package AND really appreciated the warmth of the private and community pool. Our kids loved and enjoyed the water park. We've been to other townhouses before where the cutlery were mishmash, no starter pkg, poor quality towels, cold pool when we paid for heating. Would definitely vacation there again.

Just like the pics

The property was just like the pics and listings described. We have used VRBO for years and this was one of the most thoughtful owners. The property was clean and very updated, neighborhood was safe with a guard at the gate at all times. This owner thought of everything down to an installed gate at the top of the stairs and a wonderful pool with a safety gate in the back. Can not say enough great things about this property other than you will not be disappointed. 😃

Enchanted Stay at the Tiki Room

We had a fantastic stay at the Tiki room house. The house was bigger than it looked in the pictures. The check in process was very easy and quick. Jennifer had great communication and I’m embarrassed to say I did not realize they had a property manager and continued to message her instead of calling the PM. Even though I contacted her a few times she was kind and sweet and resolved my minor concerns/questions very quickly. The double bunk bed room was awesome for the kids, the kids really enjoyed it. The pool came in handy when we came back from the parks exhausted. We really loved our stay. The property was a perfect distance from the Disney parks. Thanks so much for a great stay.

Amazing !

This was exactly what we needed this trip ! The condo was better than expected. Getting there, the communication between Jennifer and I was instant. The instructions from getting there, to checking in, to things to Nd what to expect were on point. The condo itself was cleaner than a hotel (or my house for that matter) it was exactly as described. The amenities were better than described. We felt like we were in our own home. The pool was heated for us, the beds were comfortable but as I previously mentioned, it was clean ! We cant thank you enough Jennifer, we will be highly recommending this condo to family friends and whoever reads this review.

Excellent townhome

My husband and I recently stayed at the Tiki Room in Windsor Hills . I typically do not leave reviews but we were so impressed that I wanted everyone considering staying here to know how great it is! The pictures just do not do it justice. The rooms are decorated so cute , even the bathrooms. Very roomy and soundproof! We never heard one noise while inside. I was very impressed with the cleanliness! Making reservations and check in was a breeze. Jennifer is very quick with all responses. It was so nice to have a heated small pool to enjoy on the lanai! Also, I typically do not sleep well on vacations but the mattress was excellent/ so soft! My husband even commented on how great it was. It was great that it is pet friendly and we were able to take our fur baby! The linens are all thick and very nice , seemed new. The kitchen is very well stocked. We have stayed at Windsor Hills many times in the past and this is by far the best property that we have enjoyed! Can’t wait to return!

Perfect for an extended Orlando vacation

Our family of four stayed at the Tiki Room for two weeks of Spring Break. We weighed staying at a Disney property versus having the space and privacy of being able to spread out… boy did we make the right decision! This place felt like a home away from home. The beds were very comfortable. It was lovely not having to share bathrooms, and the kitchen was useable and well stocked with equipment. The living room set up was very comfortable for all of us to hang out together. Internet was very fast with good streaming television services. We appreciated having board games to play as well… it made it feel like a proper family holiday. The dip pool was a nice treat at the end of a long hot day. We only used the community pool once and found it quite crowded, but our kids are too big for the play area. I think it must be necessary to reserve a chair around 8 am on hot days if you plan to hang out at the pool during the day. My kids enjoyed the games room and being able to play pool and table tennis. The distance to the parks was negligible and we never had a problem getting an Uber when we wanted one. Would recommend and would definitely stay here again (the entire family agrees).

Great property, perfect location, responsive host

We've always stayed onsite when visiting Disney or Universal, but this time we had the daunting task of tackling both (plus Legoland, because we're obviously nuts)... Anyway, given the ininterary, an off-site place seemed like the best option for us (a married couple), 3 little kids, and a grandma. This place was perfect for our trip! We had a pretty full docket but managed to use the heated pool on the non-park days it didn't rain... Huge hit with the kids!! We even managed to go to the resort pool/water park and were surprised how packed it was, given the early Jan temps barely hitting 70! The place was clean and had everything we needed for an amazing stay, including plastic dishes for the kids. I can attest to very responsive management, because my 4yo managed to lock the main bathroom door from the inside at 10pm the night before checkout (him on the outage, and we didn't realize until later), and they got us sorted out!! If I was forced to provide a suggest for improvement, I'd say the primary bedroom could use a little extra something to make it feel more luxurious--nothing big, maybe just an extra fluffy throw blanket on the bed to offset the orange comforter. But I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place as-is!

My husband and I bought this home as a vacation home for our family. You know you will be getting a rental in good condition because we will be there ourselves to make sure it stays that way. We are actively involved in the care and maintenance. We picked this location because we are huge Disney fans and you will see this in the themed rooms throughout the house. Because we use this as a vacation home we wanted it to feel like a vacation home and not just someone's house so we chose bright and fun colors. We hope you enjoy your stay in the Tiki Room!

We purchased this home because of its great location. Very close to Walt Disney World and Universal Studios. We use it ourselves as our vacation home. We also purchased because Windsor Hills is such a wonderful resort community with lots of amenities so even when we don't want to go to the parks we have plenty to do within the resort. Within 5 miles is over 60 restaurants for our dining needs.
