Step inside and you will immediately feel at home. Living Room features wood fireplace & doorwall to deck - stunning view!! Fully stocked Kitchen. Table height bar with three bar stools. 2 bedrooms: one offers queen memory foam bed & the other offers full memory foam bed. Full size pull out couch. Full bath with walk-in shower. Steps from the private outdoor pool for Snowshoe guests only. Clean and cozy.

Beautifully decorated, comfortable on edge of bluff! Overlook from high on the mountain to the beautiful waters of Lake Bellaire. The sunsets will amaze you!

When you rent this great condo from us:

1) You have access, as our guest, to The (private) Beach Club. The Beach Club is just a short drive away (1.5 mile) & offers: friendly guests, sandy beach, lounge chairs, pavilion, gas grills, clean restrooms, kitchen, awesome play area for kids, boat dock and FREE public Boat/PWC launch right next to Beach Club.

2) Like the pool better or need just a quick dip? Huge gated pool with plenty of lounge chairs just a few steps away from the condo - private to Snowshoe guests only. Pool access also available at Pine Brook.

3) Separate parking for boats or snowmobiles in private lot adjacent to unit.

4) Only minutes from great skiing and snowboarding (full terrain park) at Schuss Mountain & Summit. Plus free and safe resort shuttles run all day and night between all the properties - including downtown Bellaire.

The historic town of Bellaire offers several eateries, Short's Microbrew (great brew & bands), unique little shops, a cozy first-rate movie theater, and concerts in the street. Of course, all the necessities of groceries & banks are nearby!

Stay with us & you have a great central location for all of your vacation ventures -- Family Tubing w magic carpet access to the top is located just minutes from the condo. Downhill, Snowboard, or Cross Country Skiing, Snowmobiling, Snowshoe, Golf at The Legend, Cedar River, Schuss, Summit, The Chief, or Hawks Eye (all within 2-3 miles). The Summit Course is great and affordable for Family play. Hiking trails, and driving range & tennis nearby. The host’s communication was great, and the amenities were good. The floating shelf in the restroom needs leveling also the TV in the bedroom. The shower temp could be warmer but that’s personal preference. The door locking system is tricky but fine once it’s figured out. Overall a great stay!

We stayed with our two kids to have an up north vacation. The place is very nice and comfortable, and the owner is very responsive, even when I asked dumb questions about where to find the beach club pass (for the record, it's in plain site and located exactly where the welcome binder said it would be!).The pool is nice and just a few hundred feet from the front door. It worked really well as an up north base camp, to go explore for the day and return to relax. It's also located right adjacent to the golf course, if that's your thing.

Great beach, hard sandy bottom of lake, swim platform for kids, lounge chairs provided, kayak, boating, ski, or tubing on the lake, use of kitchen and restrooms, pavillion, gas grills, basketball, volleyball, shuffleboard, games, toys, etc. make for THE PERFECT DAY!!!
