Newly renovated 4BR/4BA GulfFront Condo w/ 2 Master Suites with King Beds and Extra-Large Balcony
“A Wave From It All PCB” is a spectacular 4BR/4BA corner unit offering breathtaking views from the massive 480 sq. ft. balcony, one of the largest in NW Florida. We are within a few miles of all of Panama City Beach's finest attractions - Pier Park, Ripley's Believe It or Not, exhibits at Wonderworks, Mini-golf, Shipwreck Island Water Park, amazing restaurants, shopping, etc.

Our condo is newly purchased and remodeled with new furniture, new stainless appliances, new mattresses, new flooring, new TVs, new linens, new outdoor furniture, etc.

From our beachfront deck, you can enjoy the most beautiful gulf views and amazing sunsets in Panama City Beach. Our large outdoor living space/balcony is 480 sq. ft. and includes a lounging area with two chaise loungers and two rocking chairs, a six-person dining area, and a sitting area with a loveseat, two chairs, and a coffee table.

Our corner unit is a spacious 4 bedroom, 4 bath condo that accommodates up to 8 adults and 4 children. Two bedrooms are generous ensuite Masters each with direct access to the large beachfront balcony (each sleeps 2). The 3rd room has a Queen bed and one twin over twin bunk (sleeps 4) with a private bath. And, the 4th room is a bunk room with one full over full bunk and one twin over twin bunk (sleeps 4) with a private bath.

We have a fully equipped kitchen, complete with newly updated stainless steel appliances and ample countertop space. Dine indoors at the table for eight, or on the balcony with an outdoor table for six. You can also enjoy grilling delicious steaks and seafood on the gas grills located in the picnic areas by the pool.

We have one free reserved covered parking spot, free high-speed WiFi, 4K smart TVs in both master bedrooms and living room, and smart TVs in the other two rooms.

There is a gulf-front indoor/outdoor pool (heated in the winter months) and hot tub.

IMPORTANT PARKING INFO– We have ONE reserved parking space in the covered garage for your convenience. And, one additional spot that is first-come-first-serve in the overflow parking lot across the street. PLEASE NOTE our reserved spot is a very tight space and anything such as a large SUV or truck would find it difficult to navigate and would need to park in the overflow lot. If you have more than two vehicles and/or there is no availability in the overflow lot, there is a public parking lot next to the overflow lot that you can use for $6 per day. We are happy to reimburse one vehicle per day in the pay lot, just send us your receipt.

THIS IS A FAMILY RESORT AND DOES NOT ALLOW PARTY GROUPS.
ANYONE BOOKING MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD AND STAY IN THE UNIT DURING THE RESERVATION.

This was our second time staying at this unit and it didn’t disappoint! Stayed in 2021 and loved it and our 2025 trip was just as wonderful! The location is right in the middle of great restaurants and shopping and the beach is beautiful with easy beach access. The unit is clean and decorated beach appropriate. The beds are so comfortable! The double balcony is perfect for large families like ours. We love Panama City and will book a third stay at this unit next time we visit!

Upon entering the condo...we went directly to the balcony... what a beautiful view...The condo was perfect for all of us, living room and balcony was big enough for all and the bedrooms were comfortable and private... This Condo was clean and spacious. My family (13 of us) had a wonderful vacation. I loved the deck box outside the room for our beach things. This helped with keeping the sand OUT of the condo. The only disappointment was that there were three gas grills but only one worked.

This is a beautiful condo that exceeded all our expectations. We had a group of 8 and there was plenty of room for everyone. The balcony is so much bigger than the pictures show! Amazing view. Beautiful place!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo!! It has been updated nicely and the huge patio was the best on PCB. The owners were kind and communicated well. Parking was challenging and we needed the public lot at times. We heard the elevators were out at times but they worked ok for us. I recommend they supply backup paper products in the future but overall this has everything a big family needs and is comfortable.

Wonderful Beach Vacation

Stacy and Chad's condo is perfect. We had 8 people in our group and it was so nice for each couple to have our own rooms/bathrooms. The patio deck is amazing! You could just hang out there all day. The condo was stocked with everything you could need or want. There are not a lot of restaurants within walking distance, so we ended up having food delivered several times so we could just eat on the patio. It was a great week!

Relaxing time

This property is wonderful. It was wonderful that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The balcony was great. Comfortable furniture and a great size. Our only problems were with the elevator not working on checkin day for a while and parking was an issue. Our daughter had Alzheimer’s so we gave her and her husband the assign d space. Additional parking across the street was not always easily accessible. We had some physical issues which worked against us in parking. The condo was lovely and the hosts were quick to respond to any concerns we had.

We had a big family vacation - 9 of us. This condo perfect. It was clean, plenty of room for everyone, Beds were comfortable and was decorated very tastefully. The best part was the balcony! We went out every morning and watched the manatees and looked for dolphins. We did not have issues with the elevators as some people noted. Parking garage is not the greatest, but we did the public parking and was not a big deal. We would definatly book with you again! 😊
