This stay was absolutely perfect for our family. We have three kids, age one,three and five years old. We used the pack 'n Play and the high chair. The large fenced in backyard makes it really nice for small children. The house was absolutely wonderful and the host was extremely helpful. Everything is within walking distance. There is an excellent splash pad at Sullivan Park and the beach access is super close. If you're looking for a place to stay for any reason, I would highly recommend this house. A special thanks to the host and the cleaning crew for providing such a wonderful place for us to stay.

Comfortable, and close to beach and river

Wonderful near beach bungalow with fantastic showers and hot water. Perfect location between intercoastal waterway and beach. Easy to walk or drive to almost anything including shops, restaurants, and parks.

To say we loved the house is an understatement! It was so comfortable, well equipped and very clean. Close to the beach and restaurants. The host is quick to respond with questions. We will definitely stay here again.

We were affected by the southwest meltdown over the holidays, but a few of our family members were able to make it to Florida. They loved the house. It was clean, and within walking distance to the beach.

Perfect Family Stay

The house was perfect for my young children. A bungalow (no stairs to worry about with toddlers), blackout curtains in the bedrooms and a large fenced in backyard. Close to Deerfield strip and lots of fun things to do in the area!The host also had great communication and was very accommodating. Highly recommended!

Great Location

A quick, 2 day, trip to Deerfield Beach for a family gathering. The location of the property was perfect. Only a short walk to the beach and local dining. The house was cute and a perfect size for three adults. It was easy to see that both the kitchen and bathrooms had both been refurbished, giving the home a very comfortable feel! We would definitely stay here again.

The listing was spot on ! As described! Cute and comfortable house, 2 1/2 blocks from the beach and restaurants. Super clean and with everything you might need. They even had 3 types of coffee, we did not need to use ours. Quiet street, washer and dryer were a plus! Communication with the host was super easy! We had an amazing time!

Great location!

We stayed a few nights as I have family in the area and it was a great stay! It was just a short 5-10 minute walk to the beach. We had two toddlers with us and there wasn’t too many things that they could “get into” for say which was great. They enjoyed the free range of the fenced in back yard. We brought our own wagon to walk them to the beach but the property has beach chairs, toys and towels available already. Was clean and convenient to everything around. Would stay here again!

Perfect, clean, cute house in Deerfield Beach

We, a small group of friends, visiting the area for a Pickleball tournament. This house was perfect for us. Great usable space. Beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. Great coffee maker. So clean….and I can be picky about that! I would stay again in a heartbeat! Check in and out were perfect.

All in all it’s a great property and the host is reacting promptly to any questions. We could even extend the our stay by a couple of hours for a fair price. We only gave 4 stars because the outside was rather untidy but apart from this we can absolutely recommend his property. We might even go back there

Great Location for Beach Vacation

We come down to Florida every March to escape the Midwest winter weather. Matt’s house provided us with a wonderful location that was very close to Deerfield beach, the pier and several good restaurants. The house is just as it appears in the listing with three nice bedrooms and a wonderful open kitchen / living room area for gathering. Matt was extremely easy to work with and responsive to all of our questions. We had a great time!
