➡️ Important Notice regarding Beach House Condominiums: Beginning 2/10/26, the pool and deck located between Buildings 1 and 3 will be under renovation for approximately two months and will be temporarily closed; guests may use the larger main pool and hot tub during this time. Please note that daytime construction noise, including drilling, may be heard throughout the property.

This gorgeous 2 bedroom/2 bathroom beachfront condo is the perfect vacation rental property for your visit to South Padre Island!
Totally renovated and tastefully decorated, this condo is the perfect vacation getaway for you and your family and friends. This condo sleeps 6 people.
The living room has a flat screen tv and ample seating space for guests to sit and relax.
The kitchen has a huge quartz countertop allowing plenty of space for preparing family meals. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils, making cooking a breeze!
The dining area has seating for 6 people. The long kitchen countertop offers additional seating for up to 5 people.

Guests will love the ocean views from this 4th floor condo, the balcony is very spacious and features direct beach and oceanfront views of the Gulf of Mexico.

The master bedroom is spacious! This room entails a king size bed and flat screen tv.
The guest bedroom has two queen beds and a flat screen tv.
This condo has a washer and dryer for guests to use.

Beach House Condominiums has a great pool area with plenty of lounge chairs, and private beach access!

Location was perfect! If you're a beach person I highly recommend this place! It was perfect for our family. Kids had their own room and bathroom. Short walk to beach. We will definitely stay here again but this time for much longer!

Fantastic location

My sisters and I stayed here for a week in April 2024. We didn't bother renting a car and we were able to get everywhere we needed to be without one. The property was really nice and the location was perfect! The beach was RIGHT THERE and it was absolutely beautiful.

Wonderful getaway

Completely enjoyed our visit. The complex is not huge which made it much more personal and easy to navigate. Everything was clean and well maintained. Our unit was very well appointed and we lacked nothing in terms of kitchen tools. Would definitely recommend for a getaway.

Great stay!

Condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. A previous review mentioned there are two palm trees that block the central view from the balcony; however, the balcony area is large so you still have a great side unobstructed view of the ocean. We had a minor issue with a bedroom door and the host had it fixed in less than an hour! Great stay! Thank you.

Beach House Review

We had a great stay at the beach house.My family loved that they had separate bedrooms, and the beds were comfortable. I loved the full kitchen to be able to cook meals, it has saved so much on spending extra money. The home was beautifully decorated, we felt very at home there. To walk out to the balcony to see the beach was great also. We definitely recommend it.

Nicely appointed kitchen but 3 out of the 4 windows in the living room were fogged up. The bathroom sinks were very slow draining. The list of amenities such as clothes iron and air drier were incorrect.

Girls Getaway

We had such a wonderful experience with SPI. Our first condo the car conditioner wasn't working and we had someone in our party with breathing issues. They sent someone to look at the air conditioner and then decided to upgrade us to a different condo. The condos was amazing and we had an incredible week. If we come again we will definitely go through SPI and book this same condo! Communication throughout our trip was excellent. Leo who works for SPI helped us move to the new condo and stayed to make sure we were settled and had everything! Wonderful customer service!!

From the moment we stepped into this stunning condo, we knew we had found a true gem. The breathtaking beach view is nothing short of spectacular, providing a serene backdrop that makes every morning feel like a vacation. Waking up to the sound of waves and the sight of the sun rising over the ocean is an experience we will cherish forever. The kitchen is an absolute dream! It's spacious, modern, and beautifully designed, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances that made cooking a joy. The open layout allowed us to enjoy the ocean view while preparing meals, and the ample counter space was perfect for entertaining. We loved gathering around the island for breakfast. The condo itself is immaculately maintained, with stylish decor that exudes a coastal charm. The only thing I can think of that is missing is a good water pressure and a full body mirror. I'm sure those are not necessarily essentials but it would be nice to have. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean, Spacious, Updated Rental w/ Gorgeous View

We stayed in Beach House III #402 for 10 days. We always stay at the Beach House Condos because of the awesome location. The property is right on the beach, is very well maintained, and has 2 pools that are cleaned every single morning. Unit III #402 is a very spacious, very clean, and updated 2 BR, 2 Bath condo. Check-in and check-out were both a breeze! The common areas have plenty of seating with a beach view from each seat. The beds and bedding are nice and comfortable. There is a ton of storage with one HUGE closet in the master and 2 large pantries in the kitchen. There are also nice TVs in each bedroom and a large TV in the living room. SPI Rental company is always very responsive to any issues. We stay with them every year because we trust them and know their rentals are first-rate. This condo is no exception-exceptional! We will definitely be back!

We would rent this same condo again without hesitation.

Our stay here was great. Fully equipped kitchen with all the supplies we would need. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean, There were a few beach supplies that were good enough for our use. There were a couple downfalls to the unit. One was the very slow drains in the bathrooms and slow toilet flushing. This may not be a unit issue but a building issue. The other downfall was the dining chairs, many had loose legs on them making it hard to use many of them, but that was not a big deal. We felt very at home in this unit, the location was fantastic. Traveled with two teens and they were able to just head down to the beach and we could see them from our balcony very easily. Pools and hot tub was nice and very clean. These condo buildings were nice and quiet and allowed for us to relax and enjoy our time. We did not want to leave! If ever back in SPI, we would use this same condo again without hesitation. Highly recommend!!

Property was great! Property management was great!

We loved the condo, the view, all of the accommodations. It was clean, very well stocked with kitchen supplies, and right on the beach. The refrigerator was off one morning and maintenance was quick to respond and “fix” (the breaker had tripped) The elevator wasn't running one morning and was going again in minutes after reporting. There was no hassle checking in or out. The vacation beach supplies rental offer was a surprising bonus. We had no need to purchase any additional supplies for the condo with what was provided. This was a very nice place to return to at the end of each day of volunteer work in Brownsville. And the beds were super comfortable. We will call SPI Rentals again and probably ask for the same condo. Thank you for the superb service! (Bottom drawer, left side of dresser, in room with single bed needs repair.)

Great location

Communication with SPIManagement Company was very good. Good instructions for check-in and it was a breeze. The condo was very clean and inviting. Great comfortable living area & dining with view of ocean. Esp for sunrise! Kitchen is fully stocked with all equipment to prepare meals. Every appliance one could possibly need! Very nice & roomy fridge. Bathrooms, bedrooms very clean, nice decor. Bedrooms roomy and comfortable beds & linens. Lots of sand toys if you have kids. NO beach towels. One beach chair. Ceiling fans in all rooms which I really appreciate. TVs in all rooms if you want that. This place is very comfortable. Pools are clean. The pool furniture needs to be updated. A couple chairs we tried to use were broken but pool area is nice and well manicured. Beach access is great! Condo is near all kinds of restaurants, nice grocery, & stuff to do. Great experience.

Good condo bad location

The condo itself is very nice and as described. The building it’s in is run down and doesn’t look as pictured. The check in process was awful. You have to check in at a different building across the island. When we got there they said the cleaning people were running behind so we couldn’t check in yet. We had to wait over an hour to go back and check in. The gate code they gave us didn’t work at first. When we called them they said it doesn’t work sometimes and you have to just keep putting it in. We did that about 5 times and the gate opened. They say you need a parking pass to park at the building so we went to the office and no one was there. We had to just leave our info on a desk and hope we didn’t get towed or anything. The building is very run down and the elevator smells like mold so bad it was awful. However as I said before, the condo was clean and nice once you were inside.
