Incredible Oceanside Balcony

Check in was great. I actually like having personal service and a real key rather than just a code. Condo was spacious 2 bedroom with 2 full baths. Plenty of room to spread out. Huge balcony with perfect view of the ocean! Pool was great as well. Would stay again for sure.

The place has been updated with new appliances from the pictures so that was nice surprise couches also didn't find the second bathroom till the second day it's behind the bedroom door Great location easy access to Beach I would definitely go back Bedroom bedroom

Great location right on the beach. Private parking is great. They do have elevator issues from time to time, and the mattresses are needing to be updated. Otherwise, no complaints.

Great family get away

This was a great family get away. We have an infant and a 4 year old and we loved being on the third floor. It had a beautiful beach view that my sons loved but was also SO easy to go down the stairs to go to the beach. Perfect floor for kids!

Great Location

Our first visit and stay on South Padre. Wonderful experience. The view from the balcony is amazing and got some wonderful pictures. We will be back.

Just what we needed…

Great location, clean, and fairly priced. Beautiful views and very nice condo. My family enjoyed our time there. Patio was spacious perfect for Morning coffee and sunrise views. Can’t wait to go back.

Weekend stay

Not impressed at all, condo too old, living room furniture too old. Everything too old and outdated. Swimming pool was out of order the entire stay, very very disappointed. I would definitely not go back nor would i recommend this property

Memorial Weekend

Place was clean and spacious. Had everything we needed. Parking Garage is tight but nothing that disturbed our stay. Really enjoed the oceanview balcony. Access to the beach was great and the pool area and pool itself were clean. Really enjoyed our stay. Any staff I ran into was very polite

Short getaway

First night of three, AC froze over night, maintenance showed up first thing in the morning, fixed the issue. Rest of the stay was awesome, great view great place awesome beach. Will definitely go back.

Great stay!

Condo was immaculate in cleanliness and update. No over policing on property. Clean pool not overrun by guests not staying on property. Easy access to parking and rooms. Beachfront, steps away from beach. Great views and overall, great quick getaway. I’ll stay in this property again.

Stunning views.

The property is on the Gulf and the views were wonderful. The furniture seems new and there was a small amount of kitchen accessories to help with eating in. Beds were comfy but towels were limited and thin thin thin. Bring plenty of your own.

family vacation

You really can't beat this location for beach access and view; great patio! The overall complex is quite rundown and uncared for. We had issues checking in... not sure if the owner was renting this to us privately or through the complex management, but check in was far from smooth. There are better maintained complexes in this price range and beach location.

S San Padre Stay

Jacuzzi was not in service, was to be functional when booked. Condo was clean but most certainly needs attention and polished up. Looked to be in very old condition.

Family Vacation

Overall the stay was nice. Access to the beach was great. The hot water for bath or shower wasnt very hot The kitchen was supplied with everything for cooking. We did have to biy a disposable muffin pan because the kids wanted muffines for breakfast. The parking was bad. Not wide enough so Everyone was using 1 1/2 parking spaces. Rates were really good compaired to some of the other places. Would recommend staying there

Love to fish and there is no better place than South Padre Island. It is right on the beach and you can rent beach chairs with umbrellas in front of the property for a hassle free trip.

Two hot tubs and a pool with an ocean view. Staff on site to help with any of your needs. Being able to walk out onto the beach from your condo and walk back in after a rinse in the outside shower. Sitting on your balcony in the morning watching the sunrise or enjoying the view from your living room.
