Charming Lake House on Tim's Ford Lake

Very clean and in quite neighborhood!

This home was very well kept and contained anything that we needed for our trip. Home was very clean and cozy and perfectly located with a couple of marinas close by. Perfect weekend lake getaway for our birthday celebration. Highly recommend!

Beautiful house, fully stocked with new and matching/clean kitchenware (important to me), and beautiful town and area with so much outdoor things to do. Absolutely love it, and I’m picky and a frequent vacation renter, so I know what’s out there. This was better than most priced much higher. Thanks!

Homeowner will say that the new construction is out of their control. But the first word in VRBO is vacation! Our vacation was ruined by new construction at 7:30 AM, not just on one side, but both sides of this home! If we had bought this home to rent out, as we have been landlords ourselves, we would have waited for construction to be completed out of courtesy to our guests. We were woke up to earth movers, dump trucks, people yelling on the crews, loud music, hammering, thumping and back up beepers. The house is a new build so of course it’s beautiful. But with the new build comes the new construction. NOT WORTH IT! Also, the Bluegill restaurant is currently closed. The master bathroom shower has a leak in the corner, so be careful your little ones don’t slip! I guess they figured they’d take a gamble and rent it to see how many people would be happy during construction, but we weren’t.

Very close to lake! Super cute location with great amenities ! Absolutely loved it!
