Two bedroom, downstairs corner unit set between the beautiful sunsets of the Gulf of Mexico and the amazing sunrises on Lemon Bay in Manasota Key. Walk down to the private dock and watch the sunrise and the pelicans, or walk to the beach and relax on the sand and in the water. Or enjoy sunbathing at the private salt water pool.

This unit has two bedrooms with comfy beds and furniture. One bedroom has a king bed, the other a queen and the sleeper loveseat in the living room pulls out for guests. Each bedroom has its own ac unit and there are ceiling fans throughout. Including the porch. The two recliners in the living room are perfect for relaxing or watching the 48 inch tv in the living room. Basic cable as well as high speed wireless internet are included.

There is a full kitchen if you are in the mood for cooking. Pots, pans, dishes, silverware are all included as well as large refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave and a Keurig. There is one nice sized bathroom easily accessible from both bedrooms. All linens and towels are provided.

The lovely screened in porch is always a guest favorite where you can relax in the evening after a day at the beach, or start the day with a cup of coffee.

If you like to grill you can use the barbecue grill dedicated to this unit - just step out the back entrance from the kitchen. There is also plenty of outdoor seating, either next to the grill or by the pool.
