9 Desano Drive. Esta es una pintoresca cabaña de playa mucho más grande en el interior de lo que parece desde el exterior, es muy espaciosa. Hay 4 habitaciones grandes. 2 dormitorios arriba con 4 camas individuales y 4 nidos. Las 4 camas individuales se pueden convertir en 2 camas king a pedido. Dos dormitorios en la planta baja para adultos con camas king size. La sala de estar y la cocina son de pino nudoso y las habitaciones son luminosas y alegres. Vistas al agua desde la sala de estar, dormitorio frontal y luces del cielo. La sala de estar tiene una acogedora chimenea para las noches frescas de verano y un sofá cama de tamaño completo. Patio al aire libre con muchos muebles, parrilla Weber y ducha al aire libre. El porche delantero es nuestro lugar favorito. Tarifa por mascota y depósito para perros. Llame o envíe cualquier pregunta por correo electrónico.

Otros lugares para explorar e información sobre la playa: Scarborough es una playa operada por el estado con olas ondulantes, baños y puesto de comida. La playa es arenosa (no rocosa) con pabellones cubiertos y algunas mesas de picnic y tiene una gran área de césped segado para divertirse. La playa está a 3 minutos a pie de la casa y tiene una vista del océano desde el porche de la casa. La mayoría de las noches puedes escuchar las olas desde las habitaciones.
Wickford Village está a unos 20 minutos y es una ciudad pintoresca con puerto deportivo, tiendas y restaurantes. Watch Hill está a unos 30 minutos, tiene un carrusel antiguo, tiendas y restaurantes. El zoológico Roger Williams en Providence está a unos 30 minutos. Newport, Bristol, Tiverton, Little Compton tienen muchas tiendas, restaurantes. Visite Sakonnet Vineyards / Winery en el camino.

We have had the best time at Lisa-Beths beautiful beach cottage. It is so cozy, with a perfect location and sweet neighbors. Lisa-beth is so kind and easy to work with. I would stay here again and again.

Very comfortable, homey place on a quiet side street. It’s less than five minutes to walk to the beach. There’s a great front porch on the ocean side. In the back there’s a private yard with a patio that is great for cookout.

We loved every relaxing minute and couldnt say enough good avout our time. Family friendly. We forgot books for the baby and found some there. The host was very responsive and checked in to make sure we were settled. Wonderful experience.

Cottage is clean and has everything you need! Nice front porch, back yard, outdoor shower, kitchen, bedrooms. Close proximity to the beach, easy walking. Huge clean beach with several shade pavilions that are cool and breezy.

Wonderful Property! Highly Recommended!

This property was wonderful. It was very clean and well stocked with games, cookware, and beach/yard accessories. You can't beat how close it is to the beach too. The private backyard is great for evening dinners at the picnic table. The owners were wonderful as well. There were even fresh cut flowers waiting for us when we arrived. We are looking to rent again one week this summer.

Awesome beach house!

Lisa's spot was perfect for our group of 6 adults and one child. All the rooms are well sized, and the house has everything you need. All of the common spaces are cozy and allowed for lots of hang out time inside and out. Lisa made sure we had propane for the gas grill and the kitchen had anything we were looking for. The spot is in an ideal location near Scarborough beach and Narragansett generally. We would love to come back next year!

Ideal location

The property was very accommodating for our family of 10. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. I refrigerator with water and ice is so helpful. The shed provided everything we could have needed for a great beach day. Great location!! Close to everything!! Very clean. Lisa-Beth was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions.

Property is well maintained, older construction which provides great sound control! We had five grandkids ages 9-13 tag along and the two upstairs rooms provided them and us adults on main floor . Kids felt like they had a private clubhouse!!

Charming cottage for families with grandchildren

We enjoyed this cottage very much. The kitchen is great for those special vacation family meals. The downstairs bedrooms are very spacious and the upstairs is great for children. We spent a lot of time in the yard and used the grill most nights. The short walk to the beach is a plus, too.. We will definitely return.

Clean, cozy and great location

This place is walking distance to the beach and close to many restaurants. Even though it rained most of our trip, the house made up for it by being spacious enough to entertain our energetic 2 yr old! :)

Great family beach get away

We had an amazing weeklong gathering with our daughters, spouse and 2 grands. Loved the location, so close to the beach. We especially enjoyed the front porch with the ocean breezes and view of the ocean. Our two grands had lots of fun playing in the grassy backyard. Can't wait to go again.

Comfortable and convenient little house at the beach

We enjoyed the place quite a bit. The front porch was a lovely evening spot and the kitchen was well stocked. The walk to the beach is definetely the best part. The outdoor shower could use some updating- its more like showering in a tin shack, but overall, a very nice place to stay.

The house was clean, bright and perfect for our family.

We enjoyed our visit. Everything was more than we expected. Loved that they had all the chairs and umbrella all in a carrier to take to the beach, which was a short walk. Everything was perfect for our family vacation. Would highly recommend this house. The front porch was awesome place to relax in the morning and at night.

Very nice house! Plenty of room!

Overall we had a very good experience. There were 8 of us and plenty of space! The week we had was extremely hot and humid so as a result I would only suggest that there be an air conditioner downstairs as well as the one that is already upstairs. The one upstairs did not do enough for the downstairs. It was in a great area right across from the beach. Loved the porch out front too!!

Great beach vacation!

We rented the house for a family beach vacation, it was wonderful! We were very comfortable in the house, we had 5 adults and one small child. The beach accessibility was the real star of the vacation, you can see the beach from the porch and be on it in about 3 minutes time. Lisa was great, she provided great info about places to see and things to do. The neighbors were all very friendly and sweet. I think my only complaint could be that the upstairs ceilings slope a bit, I hit my head a few times, but I think we can agree that was mostly my fault. Overall it was a great house with comfy beds, accommodating owners and neighbors, and a great proximity to the beach. We hope to stay there again soon. Thanks to Lisa for a great stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the "adorable beach cottage" on Scarborough Beach. The owners were very nice, thorough and accommodating. The house was stocked with amenities for cooking, comfort, and the beach. The house was clean with plenty of beds for everyone. If I had to find a negative I'd say certain areas could use some updating but everything was functional and overall we were very happy there and can see ourselves booking again in the future. Big thank you to the owners for having a great house, being easy to communicate with and running a excellent vacation property.

Very relaxing vacation and property

Diane and I had a wonderful time at Lisa and Brian's property. We went to Scarboro Beach everyday and enjoyed the beautiful weather. Most of the time we went out for dinner; Aunt Carries's, great steamers, George's for two nights on Galihee Island and the Coast Guard restaurant which was fantastic. When we did stay at home, we enjoyed a cocktail on the front porch which was delightful, also nice neighbors. Brian had the grill ready for us to cook in the backyard which we did. Lovely backyard but could probably use some outside lighting unless I missed it. Refreshing outdoor shower. All in all, a very nice relaxing vacation and amenities were very good.

Very Nice House!!!! Perfect location!!

We LOVED this house!!! It was perfect in every way. Great breezes through the house, and very well furnished. Our family truly enjoyed our stay here. Lisa was very nice and gave us a tour of the house when we got there, which was very nice. Great location near Scarborough Beach. Everything you need is just a short car trip away. We hope to stay here again next year!!!!

Nice week at the beach

The house was nice and in a great location. It could use a little facelift and some paint but it was comfortable for our family. The location is great, a quick walk to the beach and there's a new trolly route which has a stop just down the block and takes you around to the block island ferry & also to the other end to Narragansett beach. Really nice week overall.

Every spring we 'refresh' the house with paint and address any requests or discomforts noted from visitors to our house. In 2016 we updated and painted 2 bedrooms, and added an air conditioner upstairs. In 2017 we are painting the other 2 bedrooms and determine the best outdoor lighting along with other needs at that time. We enjoy that our house has a great comfy beach cottage feel with the old knotty pine panelling. --Lisa & Brian

This house is managed and rented by the homeowners Brian & Lisa, not a rental agency. All communication is direct with the homeowner. We live nearby and are very responsive to our customers' needs. We enjoy visiting our beach house and walking with our dog from the house to Scarborough Beach and Black Point Nature Preserve.

This is a quintessential vacation cottage. It is comfortable for 2 families or an extended family to get together, enjoy the beach and after a full day, come back for a relaxing dinner. Even on rainy days the house is set up for games, puzzles, reading and enjoying the company that you are with. The bedrooms are very spacious. The upstairs is set up for kids, with trundles for friends. The downstairs bedrooms have comfortable king size beds perfect for a late morning. There is even a pullout couch for the extra guest. For other guests and student rental in the fall we are happy to create king size beds upstairs for your comfort.
