We loved the villa. The views are magnificent, the living space fantastic, a wonderful outdoor entertainment area and a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable host. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

We loved the 3 levels and many terrases. The pool is large and the water felt pleasant warm, also on a different a level wich is fun. The view is amazing and the neighbourhood is peacefull. We just enjoyed deeply e ery bit of every moment.

Fantastic views from a beautiful villa! Enjoyed the many outdoor relaxing areas. Cassis was also a lovely city to visit. The owner communicated quickly and offered suggestions for restaurants in town which we found very helpful. Just to clarify, there is only one toilet on the second level for 3 bedrooms, even though there are two shower rooms. Many stairs on the property so might not be conducive to those with mobility problems. Otherwise would highly recommend this lovely villa!

A place to be…

Simply brilliant. The support and communication with the owner, the warm welcome on arrival evening, all the support and hints we got, what to do and where to organise or get things done, all was perfect. The house, garden, pool and view were amazing and the short walking distance to the city centre made it perfect to enjoy the restaurants in the evening. Thanks a lot for that lovely place.

Exceptional location and views. Lots and Lots and Lots of stairs (babystroller or wheelchair won’t work here. Large villa on three Floors. Kitchen outdated. If you bring bikes, mention this in advance cause the garage is not included. Most friendly owner who s very helpfull

Magnificent Views!

We are a well-travelled family of 5 so saying this was one of the best vacations ever means a lot! Service, location, views, space, comfort, convenience, everything was excellent! Checking in was pleasant and easy with a quick response time to all our questions and timely in-person hand-off of keys. The property is gorgeous! Magnificent views from every window and multiple tiers. We could have spent the entire week just moving around to more and more comfortable niche’s and balconies. Plenty of lounging areas for our teens to spread out and multiple dining areas for us to eat together. The kitchen opens to a huge patio so even cooking and cleaning were a pleasure here with the sea breeze refreshing the room. We spent the first day browsing the big farmer’s market in town and had a delicious dinner of local produce. Plenty of cute small groceries/patisseries/poisonneries etc within 5 min drive or just walking back up from town. 15 minute walk to the port and a little longer to local beaches but parking is also available. Many Provencial cities nearby for day trips but honestly we could not wait to get back to the house to swim every evening! Clean heated pool surrounded by lush colorful landscaping. Owner and her team were friendly and available and their recommendations for restaurants were outstanding! We could not have been more pleased and grateful for this home away from home!

A work in progress, an unpolished gem

Location, location, location…..this house has it with a beautiful outdoor area and stunning views over Cassis with a short walk to the charming town center. The actual house is currently undergoing a much needed refurbishment, the owners having purchased the property within the last 6 months. The first floor and ground level have been freshened up but still require attention to details, light fittings etc. The basement level which includes the kitchen are old and in need of a total make over (which the owner is planning to do) The kitchen facilities are therefore below the standard which one would expect from a property in this price bracket. The owner is aware of theses issues and has plans to complete the work in the near future. The outdoor kitchen functions satisfactorily but unfortunately the electrics of the house are too old to maintain power to the area and we had several challenges at the start our stay. The owner was always very quick to reply to our mails but could only agree that resolution will first be achieved for the next season. A last comment concerns cleaning of this property which is not included in the rental price . Other properties that I have rented of this size and price class always include mandatory cleaning in the rental price and it would be appropriate to do the same with this property In summary, a perfect location with a great outdoor area and upon completion of the refurbishment this will become a great rental. o

And once again, sorry for the electricity problem in the summer kitchen. I'll be in Cassis next week and will sort it out. To answer the points you raised: - Our advert includes photos of all the rooms of the house to give visitors an accurate idea of the property. - Based on VRBO statistics, we have positioned our house 15% below the average price of equivalent accommodation in Cassis, due to the fact that we still have to renovate kitchen and dining room. - I take good note of your comment about the cleaning which has to be included and will take it into account for the future. Cet endroit est exceptionnel. La localisation par rapport a la ville de Cassis est parfaite, les différents paliers de la villa apportent des points de vue magnifiques sur les falaises et la mer. Villa exceptionnelle

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances entre amis dans cette superbe villa qui offre une vue époustouflante. Les propriétaires sont très agréables et disponibles. La proximité du centre de cassis a 15 min à pied est parfaite. La piscine est très bien entretenue et beaucoup d’électroménager à disposition. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter, je recommande vivement.
