Saint Cyr Conciergerie presents this exceptional 350 m² villa, Villa Clarabelle, located in the secure Port d'Alon estate.

With sea views and a private heated swimming pool (open from April to September), the villa is brand new, air-conditioned/heated and has 5 suites, each with its own bathroom and toilet.

The villa is surrounded by 1,900 m² of grounds with sea views, sun loungers, petanque area, barbecue and parking for 5 cars.

Ground floor: living/dining room/kitchen and 1st suite with shower room and toilet, upstairs: 4 suites, each with shower room/toilet and exterior sea view.

- Suite 1: Queen size double bed 160x200 on the ground floor
- Suite 2 with large terrace: king-size double bed 180x200
- Suite 3: 2 single beds 90x200

ACCOMMODATION FACILITIES

On the estate, just a few minutes' walk from the house, you have access to a private cove, a 25-metre swimming pool, a mini golf course (equipment available on loan from the estate reception) and 3 tennis courts 10 minutes' walk from the Villa.

Villa Clarabelle is located on the private Port d'Alon estate, which is secure and guarded 24/7.
