Kiahuna #39 PRIVATE + QUIET! Seconds to beach +ground floor A/C New furniture!

Kiahuna Plantation is the only beach-front property on Poipu Beach. White sands, palm tree shaded grassy areas, state of the art gas grills, complimentary towels and beach chairs and chaise lounges are all standard fare. Relax on the beach or go boogie boarding. Snorkeling is seconds away. If you prefer the shade, there's a beautiful shaded grassy area to enjoy with very comfortable chaise lounges or chairs for your use at the Beach Hut. We have a great beach umbrella for you to take to the beach as well as a large cooler! Boogie boards too!

Our condo is completely remodeled with dramatic granite counters, white cabinets, tiled and glass shower, over-sized tiled floor. It is fully stocked with spices and amenities, (and a very powerful Ninja blender!). There's also a bocce ball set! Snorkel gear; kids beach toys! We have TWO air conditioning units - bedroom and living room. NEW living room furniture and new SOFA BED! COMFY!
All new designer furniture. All new TVs and appliances. Wireless modem. 1 gbps internet speed! Stereo sound bar with bluetooth abilities! All new LED lights! New lanai furniture on brand new lanai tile! Completely equipped for a very comfortable stay. Pool, gym, tennis and pickle ball courts across the street, at no charge. NO Resort fees! There is air conditioning in BOTH the bedroom and living rooms! Laundry facility is a 60 second walk across the driveway.

Great stay in Poipu

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property was lovely and comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was superb with beach access, as well as shopping and dining within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this place.

Perfect!!

This is a superb Kiahuna condo. Very easy walk to a great beach which I love. The lanai is super private for a ground floor condo. A/C keeps the whole condo comfortable. Bed is comfortable. This condo has everything you need for a great stay. Will absolutely stay here again.

Comfortable, convenient location, shady lanai, 2 ACs!One small disappointment was the description and said there would be “spices and amenities”. I’d hoped to make some meals but there was nothing except for an oil spray. Not even salt and pepper. Some basics would have been most welcome. Otherwise, perfect!

Wonderful place to stay!

Our condo was a wonderful place to stay. It’s was very clean, well appointed and comfortable. It’s a great location in the complex as well as centrally located in Kauai. Every morning we woke up to singing birds and walked to the beach to snorkel and enjoy the sunning sea sea turtles. Exploring the whole island was easy from its central location and also within walking distance of hiking and beach exploring. Highly recommend

Clean, quiet and well equipped in Paradise

We’ve seen almost a dozen units on the property and this is one of our favorites. It’s nicely updated, well equipped, very clean and only a short walk to the beach. This unit has two working AC units (which is a rarity). It’s also as the end of the building in a greenery corner so it’s quite and more private than many units. I would stay here again

Great Location

The property was exactly as described. The king size bed was super comfortable. We did use the portable fan provided in the bedroom. The kitchen had everything one needed for a comfortable stay. The shampoo and conditioner were of good quality. The unit was less than a five minute walk to a swimable beach. We enjoyed our two night stay. Thank you.

Lovely

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Randy’s unit. We loved that we could catch morning sun on the private lanai. The kitchen was well-equipped so we had everything we needed. Just salt & pepper though, no herbs or spices as someone had mentioned, so be prepared for that. We’ll pack some of our own next time. The mattress was heavenly—not too soft, not too firm. The beach club across the street is so cool, and the food at the bar & grill was delicious. We definitely plan to return.

Almost perfect

Location is perfect, short walk to one beach and plenty of restaurants. Unit is close to the beach and on the ground floor, right by the office. We arrived too early to check in but they let us store our bags in the office so we could go to the beach while we waited. Only feedback would be the beach gear situation. Beach towels are provided by the resort, one relatively small towel per guest. Same with chairs, but they aren't the kind that are easy to move so if you want to go to one of the other beaches, you can't take those with you. The umbrella was nice to have though. Overall we had a great stay.

In love with Kauai

I had a wonderful time at Kiahuna Plantation unit #39. The condo is decorated very modern and comfortable end unit with great cross breeze. Loved the extras left like boogie boards, cooler, umbrella and straw mats. Everything is well thought of. The only down side is that you need to do laundry or have towel serve because only 3 towels are available to use during my stay. Since there was me and my two teens we had the towel service ($10 a day). The location is wonderful to the beach access. I really enjoyed going to Koloa old town and the many shopping centers close to the complex. I would recommend this condo and stay here again. Randy the owner was quick to respond to questions and was very helpful. Make sure you get a car to get around on the island. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Kauai, cannot wait to return :)

The perfect Poipu condo

If you think the pictures look good, they don't do this place justice! Not only was this a beautifully adorned and spacious unit, it felt like home. It was so close to the beach! We loved that it had easy parking, proximity to Poipu Shopping Village and Kukuiula Shops, as well as access to laundry facilities and the Poipu Beach trail. The lanai was the perfect respite from the hot sun when you needed a beach break, and so was having the corner unit which allowed much air to flow through it. We loved having breakfast in the mornings there as well as allowing the kids easy access to the lawn to play and explore anytime they wanted to! To walk to Kiahuna's beach was shorter than we anticipated, we just hoofed it down there in bare feet nearly everyday of our stay. Because it is Kauai, we expected sporadic rain showers but it never hindered our plans, even with our young children. We used the pool at the Poipu Athletic Club on two separate occasions, one visit being entirely in the warm rain and we had the pool to ourselves! A short walk on the newly paved trail made access very easy. And what a great pool it is! The sandy end was perfect for our youngest, and our older son could not get enough of the water slide! The new bar/restaurant, Imu, served a pretty decent lunch that we all enjoyed. We appreciate the thoughtful touches, like having a fully stocked closet of beach gear (boogie boards, snorkel masks/fins, beach mat, coolers, and umbrellas) and kitchen. One thing I suggest the condo needs is a rice cooker--we made rice nearly everyday for dinner in, and we almost always had fresh poke from Koloa Fish Market or The Dolphin--a definite must if you're in Poipu! I fet like we hit the jackpot in finding this unit. If it weren't already booked we would have loved to stay here longer! The owners are wonderful, so responsive and such great hosts. Our first time to Kauai was 12 years ago when we were married here on Shipwreck's Beach. Our second time here (this time with kids!) has certainly been just as memorable, thanks to Randy! Would we return to this unit? In a heartbeat! Thank you, Randy!
