Our 1 bedroom, 1 bath easily sleeps 2-4 and boasts many comforts:

-Fully equipped kitchen with soft white Corian countertops, Refrigerator with ice maker and Bosch dishwasher, cuisinart drip coffee, Keurig and espresso machines.
-Bathroom includes custom tile work in the bath/shower. Washer /Dryer in closet. Multiple hair dryers and make up mirror and cooling ceiling fan

Besides all of the amenities, what makes Beach House 144 so sought after is the location. Our unit has a partial ocean view with the living room and lanai facing the beautifully manicured grass lawn and tropical gardens. It's very quiet, and has wonderful ventilation due to our corner, ground level location. It is also completely handicap accessible.

Our resort’s pool is located across the street at the 'Poipu Athletic Club'. You will have ALL ACCESS to this amenity included in your rate. The large pool has a jacuzzi, small waterfalls and a fun waterslide in a “grotto” type setting. It has a shallow kids area, perfect for babies/toddlers. It also has tennis courts for your use, at NO extra charge.

Barbeque your meals on one of the resort's many BRAND NEW BBQs, or cook inside the unit using the fully equipped kitchen. You can also walk or take a short drive to many wonderful top-rated restaurants nearby. Fine dining, shopping, art galleries and world-renowned golf are all conveniently within walking distance or a 5-minute drive.

More of an adventurer type? Take surfing lessons at Poipu Beach, visit Spouting Horn, explore the Na Pali coast by tour boat, get an aerial view of the island via helicopter tour or hike Waimea Canyon. Kauai's picture-perfect landscape has been featured in Jurassic Park, Raiders of the Lost Ark, South Pacific, Fantasy Island and many other films and TV shows.

Please be aware there is a check out cleaning fee of $277plus tax for stays over 6 nights. Stays from 1-6 nights have a $49 daily resort fee plus tax. The cleaning fees payable to Castle Resorts when you check in. Cleaning fees are also posted under View All Rental Rates.
