This beach house checked all boxes and exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect. The beds are comfortable. The check-in process is quick & easy. The kitchen is well furnished. The price is low (for what you get)…and the beach is your back yard. Our stay couldn’t have been better. Looking forward to our next trip to OOB!

Excellent location, beachfront. Made the vacation very easy with three small children. Two bedrooms are in the basement which allows for two separate families to have different spaces.

Awesome! Oceanfront is the way to go. We were very pleased with the accommodations. Plenty of space and all the amenities necessary without any unnecessary overkill. Comfortably updated perfectly while preserving many original features. Awesome! Many thanks. We’d love to return.

The pictures show the beautiful upgrades that have been done to the property. There were some areas that were not updated or as well maintained (one bathroom and parts of the exterior). However, it was a BEAUTIFUL property overall, the view was magnificent, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location! Richard was very responsive, did his best to accommodate our request for early check-in, and explained things well in our communications. Thank you, Richard!

W house is excellent and had enough ew were we rroom for all 6 of us to seespread out eand relax. The crow’ s nest was a great place to have coffee wn the AM and watch the beach. Communication was easy. It’s an older home with some of the things that were go along with that, but very well maintained. Would definitely recommend, and you couldn't be closer to the beach!

Loved everything about our stay here, the porch overlooking the beach was wonderful, the beds were very comfortable, and having the beach just steps away all week was amazing, would absolutely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay here. The house is immaculate and fully equipped with everything you could need. The layout is perfect—cozy yet spacious. The photos in the listing are exactly how the house looks in person. The location truly can’t be beat, with a beautiful beach view and a quiet setting. The neighbors were friendly, and we felt completely safe and at home. We would absolutely rent this place again.

This was a beautiful house, beatiful views. It was windy and cold being November but the views from indoors still made it worth it! Plenty of extra blankets and enjoyed there was a mini-split in each room to help be warmer for my mother-in-law but not needed for us. Wonderful stay!
