Als Überschrift würde ich ,mehr Schein als Sein, wählen. Die Unterkunft ist von einer Villa meilenweit entfernt. Es gibt zwei separate Schlafzimmer, eins unter dem Blechdach, dort ist an Schlaf nicht zu denken wenn es regnet, so prasselt der Regen auf das Dach und das Oberlicht. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist im Keller, dort ist die Raumhöhe ca. 1,80m und es ist so feucht das man dort, tagsüber ein Entfeuchtungsgerät laufen lassen muss. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind über zwei Treppen erreichbar die man getrost als Hühnerleitern bezeichnen kann, die Tritte sind extrem schmal und es ist nicht ungefährlich sie zu benutzen. Die Sauberkeit in dem Objekt lässt auch zu wünschen übrig, das Geschirr war schmutzig und der Kühlschrank war ebenfalls nicht sauber, die Küche selbst hat auch schon bessere Zeiten erlebt, außerdem ist anzumerken das zu der Unterkunft kein kostenloser Parkplatz gehört, man muss sich ein Parkticket kaufen, das kostet für eine Woche 40, alles in allem sind in der Beschreibung schöne Bilder, clever fotografiert, leider ist die Realität eine andere. Das Schloss der Haustür lässt sich schwer sperren und die Terassentür ließ sich überhaupt nicht abschließen

Nous prenons bien note de vos retours.
Et il est clair que vous avez hélas, mal lu l'annonce et la description.
Il y a bien deux chambres avec deux lits, et deux canapés lits dans le logement. De plus, ce sont bien des photos descriptives et non contractuelles, car par exemple vous pouvez comparer la photo de la cuisine et les photos sur l'annonce, les deux petites poignets manquantes sont intentionnelles, car ceux sont des tiroirs collés dit esthétiques et nous ne voulons pas que vous vous faites mal aux mains en tirant dessus.
Pour les escaliers il y a bien une chambre en souplex et une autre en duplex, cela est dit et énoncé clairement.
Pour la notion de Villa, nous pourrions parler plutôt de loft ou d'atelier d'artiste, car il est vrai que le lieu est atypique et unique à Saint Valéry puisque c'est un ancien atelier de Bateaux.
Pour le stationnement, vous avez un reçu un code promotionnel qui vous fait bénéficier d'un tarif exceptionnel à la semaine avec en face du logement des stationnement pour vous.
Nous espérons que vous n'avez pas trop perdu de temps en vous focalisant sur les inconvénients et sur vos photos et que vous avez pu admirer l'emplacement, le port, la baie de somme et le Nord de la France.

Check-in sehr freundlich/ Küchenausstattung reicht gerade für 4 Personen/ WLAN ist am Ende ausgefallen/ Betten eigentlich nur für 4 Personen/ sehr steile Treppen/ hübscher Ort/ Touristenzug fährt direkt mit Blick in den Patio vorbei
