We loved everything about this gite! Spreading out across our own floors was great, but we spent most of our time on the balcony soaking in the incredible views and watching the town go by. It’s right in the center, making night outs effortless, and the beds were super comfortable. They were so welcoming to our dog, too. Orlane is brilliant in communication and quick to reply. Flawless stay from start to finish—we’d come back in a heartbeat!

Thank you for your comment. It is true that the geographical location (right in the city center) is an excellent arrangement for our cottage. Regarding people with reduced mobility, the house has the advantage of having a possible entrance via the shopping street with a bedroom, bathroom and toilet accessible on the ground floor, which is typical for a house in St Vélry Sur Somme.

Lovely December visit

Saint-Valery-sur-Somme was great to visit after Christmas: still lively in this quiet time of the year. The house is very well equipped and cosy. It was really warm and welcoming when we arrived on a cold, dark evening. The house is spacious and well organised. The location is perfect. We saw seals and cormorants from the windows.

Vue sur baie .. oui on peut s’émerveiller du panorama qui change tout au long de la journée depuis la terrasse ou du bow-window. Nous avons profité en famille de cette maison très bien agencée et équipée en plein St Valéry. On n’est pas loin du départ du train et du port . Une sortie côté rue de la Ferté, à qqs pas du marché du dimanche matin .. bref que des atouts . On reviendra !

Cet hébergement est très propre et très bien situé. Les lits sont de bonne qualité et tout le mobilier est bon. Cependant quelques petits commentaires qui peuvent ou pas être améliorés- pas de possibilité de garer son véhicule gratuitement et sur place (les pigs sont éloignés et le pkg gratuite très éloigné)- pas de toilette à l’étage du milieu ce qui est dommage car il y a une grande chambre et la terrasse qui est un lieu de vie- la personne qui gère est très dispo et réactive. Merci à elle.

Das Haus ist ideal für 6 Personen, auch wenn es Schlafmöglichkeiten für 8 Personen gibt. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist nahezu perfekt. Vom Wohnraum aus und insbesondere von der großzügigen Terrasse bietet sich ein atemberaubender Ausblick auf die Somme Bucht und das Wechselspiel der Gezeiten. Alle notwendigen Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf sowie Restaurants und Boutiquen sind fußläufig erreichbar. Nachteilig sind die Straßengeräusche an der Vorder- und Rückseite des Hauses durch Lieferverkehr und PkW's.

Un agréable week end prolongé du 14 Juillet dans cette belle ville de Saint Valéry. La villa tient ses promesses avec une vue magnifique sur la baie, une situation idéale en centre ville mais au calme. Les équipements sont généreux. L'idée du barbecue électrique est excellente. La maison est conçue sur 3 étages, comme beaucoup sur le quai, elle ratrappe en hauteur ce qu'elle ne peut donner en largeur. Comme nous n'avons pas peur des escaliers, nous y retournerons sans hésiter.

Haus mit Aussicht

Das Haus hat eine perfekte Lage. Vorne Sicht auf das Wasser und zzr Rückseite direkt die Einkaufsstraße mit tollen kleinen Läden, Bäcker, Metzger etc.Alles fußläufig erreichbar, tolle radwege in der Umgebung. Das Haus hat eine Garage und davor einen Parkplatz. Dieser ist allerdings sehr kurz und nur für Kleinfahrzeuge geeignet. Die Kommunikation vor Ort über die Agentur lief reibungslos. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, auch für Fisch, Muscheln etc.Zu empfehlen ist die Strandbar am Ende des Kais Richtung Meer

Situation exceptionnelle, vue magnifi: maison aque sur la baie, changeante fonction des marées et de la météo. Maison avec cuisine très bien équipée, rien ne manque Literie confortable. A savoir : maison à façade étroite, le garage ne peut accueillir une grosse voiture.

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist sehr schön mit Blick zum Flussdelta, Metzgerei und Bäckerei direkt erreichbar. Abwicklung hat alles funktioniert. Haus mit Charme trifft es genau.
