Be Amazed!

This property is wonderful place for a family vacation. The screened in living spaces to eat and gather give awesome island vibes. The three bedrooms with private baths are cool and so comfortable. Gaulding Cay Beach is steps always and is beyond beautiful. The owners are the so helpful and truly built a place for memories to be made.

Dave Ireland, originally from New Zealand, first built the "Down Under" on Gaulding Cay Beach in 2015. The house was constructed over the original boathouse, which is now the "No Worries" cottage.

In 2020, Dave started construction on the 2 rental properties, Tui and Kiwi, for his daughters, Lisa and Debbie, who live in Australia and New Zealand respectively. The pandemic delayed much of the work. The homes were completed in the spring of 2021.
