Escape from the everyday to your own paradise. Lounge by the inground heated pool and enjoy a family barbeque or watch the sunset on the beach. Kid and pet friendly.

The house is located only about a mile from Vanderbilt Beach. Many casual and upscale eating establishments and shops are close by: The Mercato, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and more! There are 20+ golf courses within 10 miles of the house. There are 4 bikes for use at the property.

The kitchen / living room area opens to a spacious covered outdoor patio and large fully fenced backyard with a private heated pool to welcome family and friends. The house comfortably sleeps 6 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with two additional cots to accommodate up to a maximum of 8 guests.

We have everything you need to enjoy a short getaway or a family vacation. Bring your bathing suit, sunscreen, and a smile while you relax in luxury and make some memories.

My family and I had a very nice stay on this property. The location is perfect, close to the beach, Markets, Parks, shopping, good restaurants,etc. The communication with host was excellent. I would definitely recommend staying there.

This is our third stay in this home and we love it. House has everything we needed - pool, well stocked kitchen supplies in a great location. I had a few questions and received immediate answers to my questions from the host. Already planning our next stay in this home.

Just returned from paradise. Excellent, quiet and safe neighborhood. House description very accurate. Very large and relaxing, private back yard with pool. Comfortable beds. Kitchen well equipped. Pet friendly a big . Host is readily accessible and responds fast. Contacted Gene with a couple of questions, he responded right away.Location, location, everything within reach, many restaurants, shops, groceries, gas stations. Beach not within walking distance but less than 5 mins car ride. Couldn't ask for more. Thank you Gene for allowing our family to share your awesome place!

Great location! 6 minutes from the beach, great pool and pool toys. Would recommend it to families with young children, beach and pool is all they need!

Wonderful Oasis

This house was our home away from home. It had everything we needed to have a perfect vacation. We all enjoyed the pool everyday. The location was quiet and private and yet close to shopping, the beach and excellent dining.

This was a perfect location, close to the beach, bikes were a plus. We took a nice bike ride to the beach. Neighborhood nice to walk or ride around with family. Close to food, stores and beach. House was spacious, showers were spacious, having the luxury of home on vacation was really nice. The private pool fenced in back yard made for a nice pool day while we were there.
