The apartment, located on the 3rd and last floor, has recently been tastefully renovated. Residence with elevator. For the exteriors, you can enjoy more than 14m² of terrace Panoramic Sea View with all the necessary furniture. It is accessed from the living room, but also from the bedroom. Concerning the beds, the bedroom has a 140x200 bed as well as a multimedia TV, and the living room has a convertible sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge-freezer, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, oven, microwave... and wine cellar!) The washing machine is in the kitchen. For amenities, you will have a modern bathroom with towel dryer and toilet. To go to the beach, you will only have to go down 3 floors, by elevator or not for the more athletic, in order to enjoy the sandy beach of "Gorguette", at the foot of the building, which is only rarely frequented. We ask for a deposit of 25%. The balance is paid 1 month before entering the premises and at the latest 2 weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last-minute bookings. Tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years old. The amount is that specified by the tourist office. Final cleaning is included and included in the price. For more comfort, you have the option of having sheets and towels for 25 euros per single bed and 35 euros per double bed. All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged an additional 100 euros. Arrivals on weekdays after 6 p.m. will also be charged an additional fee.
