Spacious unit is in the heart of Ocean City, located at 9th and Central. Park the car and walk to downtown shops, restaurants, beach / boardwalk.

Then end the day with a walk to the 9th street bridge to watch the sunset!

The condo is fully furnished and loaded with all the luxuries of home including hardwood floors, central air-conditioning, full-size Washer / Dryer, a fully equipped kitchen with granite tops, stainless appliances, and flat screen TVs.

Enjoy the large master bedroom with private bath with a double sink and plenty of counter space. On the cooler nights you can open the sliders up and let the ocean air blow in through the screen door.

Bring the kid's friends, a second family, or the mother-in-law. There's plenty of room in the remaining 3 bedrooms with 3 queen and 2 twin beds.

The full hall bathroom has a double sink with large counter, along with a full bathtub and shower.

If there's any downtime in the condo, feel free to enjoy any of your streaming services on the Roku devices attached to each flat screen TV.

Want to unplug for a bit, then take out the many boardgames we have for some old school family fun.

Don't worry about buying beach tags either, we got you covered with 10 seasonal passes free of charge for the length of your stay.

If you have a 2nd vehicle, we provide a free parking pass for 1 of the 3 nearby lots. All within a, walkable, 2 block radius.

Here's a short list of comforts that we provide...
- comforters, pillows, and throws for the couches.
- body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in each bathroom.
- dish soap, garbage bags for the kitchen.

Don't want to carry up the luggage or groceries, or need a little help with the stairs, then feel free to use the elevator with secure keycode access directly to the condo.

The unit has 1 free spot in the back.

If you have a second vehicle, no problem, we provide a free parking pass to the many lots within a 2-block walking distance...
- Metered lot at 7th and Central
- Metered lot at 12th and Asbury Ave.
- Transportation Center lot at 9th and Haven

I will always be available through the app for any issues that arise and usually have a 1-hour turnaround time between 8 AM and 9 PM. Anything messages after 9 PM will be addressed the following morning after 8 AM.

Total occupants cannot exceed a maximum of 10 people, and all occupants MUST be over the age of 25. The age restriction is not applicable for minors accompanied by parents or guardians.

All occupants MUST be known by the Host, via the online check-in form or other means.

Smoking and or Vaping are not allowed in or around the property.

Violation of house rules may result in local authority involvement, and possible removal from the property with no refund.

In order to comply with our buildings security policy (furnished upon request), we will also require a full guest list of names and ages, along with a signed short term rental agreement.
Total occupants SHALL NOT exceed a maximum of 10 people.

All occupants MUST be over the age of 25, not applicable for minors accompanied by adults.

All occupants MUST be known by the Host, via the online check-in form or other means.
