The villa, very well exposed and bright, has 3 double beds, including a master suite and an adjoining studio. Each has its own sanitary area (showers or bathtub and WC) for total independence.
The house, air-conditioned, has a living room of 60 m2 with American kitchen which opens directly onto the swimming pool and its large beach with wooden terrace. .
A large opening above the worktop will give you a nice view of it.
The very comfortable lounge area has a television with Chromecast.
You can enjoy beautiful moments of relaxation outside thanks to the different spaces: meals, deckchairs for your sunbathing or living room for your aperitifs.
It's up to you to grill with a super Char-Broil, coal and gas barbecue and swim day and night thanks to the LED lighting in the pool. The dimensions of the pool are 9mx5m with a small depth of 1.40m and a diving pit of 2.20m (sloping bottom).
You also have the possibility of taking your meals or resting under our beautiful tree if you wish to take advantage of its freshness.
The adjoining studio is equipped with a kitchenette, a sofa bed for 2 people with high-end Bultex mattresses, a television, a fan, a bathroom with an Italian shower and a terrace with table, garden chairs and parasol.
A play area with pétanque and bowling green as well as an electronic dartboard will allow you to share convivial moments with family or friends.
Two mountain bikes are available to explore the surroundings or take a trip to the village.
At nightfall or when you wake up, you can enjoy the song of the birds nestled in the tall trees on the banks of the Lez.
The tranquility of the location requires respect for the neighborhood and the absolute ban on occupying the premises with more than 6 people.
