Primavera is a brand-new holiday rental with large floor-to-ceiling windows (facing south) opening onto a wooden deck and a 500 m² garden with trees, set on a 4,000 m² lot shared with the owners. The tall trees will provide shade from the summer heat.

Ground Floor: living room with open-concept kitchen, 1 bedroom (140x200 bed), bathroom/toilet, separate toilet, and garage/laundry room.

Upper Floor: 2 large attic bedrooms (each with 2 90x200 beds).

Additional Amenities: Wi-Fi, baby bed/high chair/stair gate + children’s toys, board games, badminton set. A garage provides a secure place to store your bikes, windsurfing boards, surfboards, and more...

Parking for 1 or 2 cars on the property

Foodies will be delighted: just 5 minutes away is the famous 2-star restaurant “Anne de Bretagne,” and 10 minutes away are “Le Restaurant Panoramique de la Prée” and “Le Petit Mousse.”

A 10-minute walk from the cottage, you can buy oysters and mussels at the Marais de La Plaine-sur-Mer shellfish farm.



There are also many activities nearby: windsurfing, sailing, sea kayaking, boating, beachcombing, walking or cycling tours, fishing gear rentals, and more.

The hiking trail begins right in front of the holiday rental, and the coastal paths are 400 m away. A bike path starts just a few metres from the holiday rental—a real plus for holidaymakers who bring their own bikes! Joalland Beach on Boulevard de la Tara is 400 m away, and Préfailles’ Grande Plage is 2 km away. Pornic, with its harbour and beaches, is 8 km away.
