Be our guests! A cozy, private modular home perched on the shore overlooking beautiful Black Lake. We are ready for whatever occasion brings you up this way. Enjoy your morning coffee as you watch the sunrise on our large rear deck looking out over the lake which provides perfect shade for lounging around and a great setting for you to grill up a summer feast. The Overlook is perched upon a rock ledge above the shore of the lake, the canopy of trees surrounding the residence offers a consistent shade that keeps things inside cool on even the hottest of days. We do have air conditioning for use if you need and lots of windows for a fresh constant breeze throughout the home. We offer all the amenities that you would come to find in most homes, and a bit more. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, there is a twin over full size bunkbed in the other bedroom as well as plenty of couch space and floor space if additional beds are needed. Our goal is to provide you the easiest stay possible. All youll need to pack is your clothes, fishing, swimming, boating stuff, family and friends, and well do our best to cover the rest!
