Hill Top River Retreat

Cozy cottage with a beautiful river view and plenty of dock space, huge deck overlooking Chippewa bay. newly renovated kitchen with granite counter tops, huge living room with vaulted ceilings, 3 bedrooms with 2 full beds and one set of bunk beds. large TV with roku, internet provided, trash and recycle provided. Propane fireplace in living room.
Chippewa bay is one of the widest areas of the river with some of the largest islands including Singer castle, Cedar island state park 5 minutes away by boat. This area is one of the most scenic areas without all the hustle and traffic of Alexandria bay or Clayton. The cottage is located on a small country dead end road, boat launch is 5 minutes away along with a small country store, Chippewa Bay is known for its excellent fishing. Gas and charcoal grill, all linens, towels, blankets provided along with a fully stocked kitchen. You can rent a pontoon boat online at River bay rentals, and they will have the boat at our dock for you when you arrive, and pick it up when you leave. Pets are welcome. We have dock space for 2 boats if needed, unlike other places we do not charge extra for dock space. please bring bottled water for drinking as this area has a lot of iron in the water.

We also have pontoon boats at our dock available for our guests to rent at affordable prices. No easier way to enjoy cruising, fishing and swimming than on our pontoon boat. Please let us know asap if you want to rent it so we can reserve it for you and have it ready to go. Damage deposit applies to the boat rental also. All pontoon boats are equipped with GPS navigation maps. Extra dock space available to rent if needed for $25 per day.
