Your new home away from home awaits! This tastefully decorated, and modern home is located in the heart of the Downtown Historic District, only steps away from Savannah's Famed Forsyth Park. This three-story home with two private parking spaces can accommodate up to 10 Lucky Guests.

This is the perfect getaway if you are looking for a modern, newly constructed townhouse with tall ceilings, an ample amount of natural light, and upgraded furnishings and finishes. Large groups and families will love the amount of space this home has to offer, in addition to the unmatched comfort and hospitality while living like a true Savannah Local.

The main home enters on the second level of this three-story town home accessible by a flight of stairs from street level. The main home is technically the second level of this three-story town home and is accessed by a set of stairs. Enter into the chic living space with L-shaped sectional large enough to accommodate all guests, fitted with a smart TV. The adjacent kitchen features top-of-the line appliances, with granite countertops, while being fully stocked with everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals! Stools at both the kitchen counter and island are perfect for bonding over a bottle of wine and cheese board before heading out on the town. Just at the back of the home, you'll find a formal dining nook and half bath just behind the kitchen.

The first three bedrooms can be found on the third level (one floor up from the main floor and front door). The first room, also known as the "main" bedroom, features a comfortable King bed, smart television, balcony, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom. The additional two guest rooms each have Queen size beds and share a full bath found in the hall. One guest room has private access to a balcony!

In the charming lower level garden apartment, each square inch is carefully curated with the modern conveniences and finishes that are offered upstairs. A single bedroom with Queen bed is tucked away towards the back of the apartment and additional sleeping accommodations can be found with the Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. A full bathroom with tub/shower combo is located in the hall - easily shared by all guests.

Stay a short walk away from the Fountain at Forsyth Park, and a beautiful stroll from downtown's main attractions such as River Street, City Market, and Bay Street.

The staff was very helpful, customer service was excellent, and the home was clean and just as beautiful as the pictures. I would definitely stay here again.We rented both the upstairs and downstairs, which gave our group plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our visit comfortably.I do have a few suggestions that are not deal breakers, but could make the stay even better for future guests.First, upstairs only the primary bedroom had a television. It would have been nice if the other two bedrooms had smaller wall mounted TVs as well. Since our group consisted of adults, this would have allowed everyone to have a little more privacy instead of gathering in the living room whenever they wanted to watch something.Second, we visited during the summer and noticed there were no extra blankets or thicker comforters available. I understand that Georgia summers are warm and many guests may not need them, but having a few stored in a closet would be a nice option for those who tend to get cold.Finally, a standing or box fan in the bedrooms would be a nice addition. Since the thermostat can only be adjusted within a certain range, having a fan would give guests a little more flexibility and help accommodate different comfort preferences.Overall, these are only minor suggestions. We had a great stay, loved the property, and would absolutely book with Lucky Savannah again.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been staying in this property for a number of years. We first stayed here in 2017, when, it was presumably brand new. However, time has taken its toll on the property and it really could use some maintenance and a deep cleaning.1. There were at least a dozen burned out light bulbs throughout the property. 2. The couch in the family room area should be replaced. It is filthy and stained throughout. The rugs at the entry doors and in several of the bedrooms should be replaced. They are dirty beyond being able to be cleaned.3. Drains were slow in the bathrooms--sinks and tub/showers. They need to be addressed.4. The trash can in the back we could not find, which made it difficult to take out and keep secured from vermin. ALso, the trash in the kitchen was full upon check-in.5. The back fence door was warped and would not close properly.6. The back patio/porch had rusty nail heads sticking out on the floors and railings/bannisters and it was in clear need of paint/maintenance from age and water damage. The rusty nails should either be nailed down or replaced entirely.7. Toilet tissue holder was broken in master bath.8. Light bulb in the refrigerator was blown out/not working.9. WIFI never worked well enough for multiple users--this was a constant source of irritation throughout our stay.10. Left drawer in master bath was broken. 11. Kitchen faucet was loose.12. Garden house lock passcode was incorrect in the app--had to call for access.Requested a later check out on Thanksgiving day, which was granted, but they wanted to charge an $80 fee, which was waived when I told them about the issues.There was construction and lots of noise in the area, which can be forgiven, but it would have been nice to know in advance.My wife is from Savannah and we are here often, but we will have to find alternative accomodations--there are too many other nice places to stay that are far better maintained and ke

Family vacation

The place was very nice, overall clean. Fit our needs except the description did not disclose that the access from the main floor to the bottom apartment meant you had to go outside down the stairs. That led us to rearrange who stayed in what bedroom due to very young children. The home has a great location and very clean. That was most important. Cost was good and parking excellent.

We came on a sisters trip with 6 ladies, we all slept very comfortably. We walked to almost everything and when we got tired of walking there was a bus stop right by our rental where you could ride the free local bus. We didn’t spend a ton of time in the rental as we were painting the town but I will say that there didn’t seem to be much in the kitchen if you wanted to prepare a meal, it was pretty empty and I don’t recall seeing pots and pans or many basic things for cooking. There was a kurig but no k cups available which would have been nice but not a huge deal. A lot of rentals will carry some basic spices etc, this did not effect our trip as we mostly ate out but if I had come with kids I would cook at the rental more and I could see that being frustrating. But we very much enjoyed our stay and the service was great. Would definitely stay again!!

Great house and location

The house was well represented in pictures. The beds are comfortable and double shower was fantastic. Location is walkable to everything we wanted to do. Uber is easy to get. We arrived on cold day, heater was having a problem, and the manager was responsive and had it fixed quickly. It was great to have the outside porches and parking. The check-in app is smart.. Bring your own log ins for live TV if wanting to watch sports. We couldn’t watch Australian open finals or football w/o our own log ins. WiFi was good. We loved our stay and will be back
