2 Wohnungsbalkone-davon einer zur Ostseite für die Morgensonne beim Frühstück! Nachteil: Es waren in dem Objekt allerdings 4 Mietwohnungen ! Auf dem Bild wird dem Kunden aber suggeriert, dass es nur 1 Wohnung gibt, die im OG längs der Vorderseite verläuft. Die Wohnung 3-ganz rechts hat aber nur einen schmalen seitlichen Balkon/Terrasse nach vorne!

Das Objekt liegt sehr ruhig in gut zu Fuß erreichbarer Nähe des Ortszentrums, die Ausstattung insbesondere der Küche ist sehr minimalistisch und für die Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten gerade so geeignet.
