Regarda - Eden 2 apartment with lake view, pets allowed

The charming Eden 2 apartment is located in a three-storey building equipped with a lift and external parking, situated in Lazise, in the nearby hamlet of Pacengo just a few steps from the lakeside and next to the beautiful village church. The apartment's main strength is certainly the splendid lake view that can be enjoyed whilst comfortably seated on the terrace, which is furnished with a table and chairs.

The three-room flat on the second floor comprises a living area with a large fully equipped kitchenette featuring an oven, microwave, 4-ring hob, refrigerator, German coffee machine and toaster. Air conditioning and satellite TV are available to guests. In the living room there is a comfortable single sofa bed. The space is made warmer and more welcoming by a ceiling with exposed beams. Master bedroom with lake-view terrace and air conditioning. Small bedroom with two single beds, window and air conditioning. Bathroom with shower cubicle, washing machine and toilet. Velux windows have been installed on the ceiling with exposed beams to illuminate the bathroom. Smoking prohibited, pets on request.

We had a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very spacious and spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment throughout our visit. The location was perfect—just a short drive from several nearby amusement parks, which made day trips super convenient. We had a beautiful view of Lake Garda from our balcony. Our apartment was right next to a church which was very nice. Regarda was very helpful with the apartment and our stay in general. Part way through our stay we got a map of Lazise which was be try helpful. Perhaps accurate directions on how to use the washing machine would have been helpful. Regarda totally helped us with this immediately through photos and texts. A lovely place to stay.

Bilocale strategico vista Lago

Abbiamo apprezzato molto l’allestimento (cucina molto curata e completa peccato solo non esserci la lavastoviglie). In casa c’era tutto il necessario. Posizione molto comoda per spostarsi e vedere i posti più belli della zona. Il personale dell’agenzia è stato di una precisione e di una cortesia rara. La nostra impressione è positiva su tutto, ma dovendo dare consigli costruttivi scendo nei particolari: migliorerei la pulizia del pavimento e lascerei una scopa pulita (era piena di capelli). Onestamente ho trovato i materassi troppo rigidi (so essere soggettivo) ma quello del letto matrimoniale da un lato sembra essere “appiattito” perché se ci si sdraia verso il bordo da una sensazione di essere buttato fuori. Per il resto penso ci sia molta cura e ne siamo stati felici.

Schoen geraumig

Die Unterkunft war schön geräumig, sauber und so wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Der Parkplatz im Innenhof ist super und im Haus gab es einen Aufzug, was sehr praktisch ist. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist sehr schön.

Schöner Urlaub

Trotz Straße sehr ruhig. Gute Aussicht auf den Gardasee. Viel Platz. Gepeflegt und sehr sauber. Etwas abseits vom Touristenrummel, aber mehrere tolle Lokale in der Nähe. Viele lohnende Ziele mit dem E-Bike zu erreichen. Geschirr ist zu knapp, wenn wirklich 4 Personen dabei sind. Trinkwasserversorgung verbessern. Wasser nicht zum Trinken geeignet, Komfortablere Sitzgelegenheiten auf dem Balkon.

Alles Top

Schöne ruhige Lage. Man ist zu Fuß in knapp 1,5h nach Peschiera gelaufen und wenn man nicht laufen mag gibt es eine gute Bus Anbindung. Die Unterkunft war sehr geräumig und ordentlich, einziges Manko ist das der Balkon am Schlafzimmer ist aber damit kann man sich arrangieren. Der Strand ist in 10 Gehminuten erreichbar.

Top Lage, Top Ausblick, Sehr geräumig

Schon bereits der Empfang im Büro zur Schlüsselübergabe war überaus freundlich und in gutem Deutsch. Es gab viele detaillierte Informationen für Unternehmungen im Ort und als Geschenk eine leckere Flasche Rosé vom einheimischen Winzer. Direkt vor der Wohnung gibt es einen großen Hof, wo immer eine Parkmöglichkeit für uns war. Komfortabel ist auch der vorhandene Fahrstuhl, da die Wohnung im 2. OG ist. Die Räume sind großzügig geschnitten und sehr gut klimatisiert, da es in jedem Raum ein eigenes Klimagerät gibt. Auch sehr lobenswert fanden wir die Matratzen. Gefreut hätten wir uns noch über einen Wasserkocher, Spülmaschine, WLAN und ein umpositionieren des Klimainvertes vom Balkon, da der Balkon somit noch eingeschränkter nutzbar ist. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung sehr genossen und uns ganz besonders über den traumhaften Seeblick vom Balkon gefreut. Viele Grüße Familie Schröder
