Funicular ski for Arcs to 100 m, binding the Rosière / la Thuile 11 km. Beautiful contemporary country house in the heart of a charming little typical Hamlet at the foot of the funicular to les Arcs. Residential sector very quiet bordering an orchard. Very good comfort. Complete equipment of quality. Cosy and warm. Terrace. Beautiful unobstructed view of the massif. 0.1km from the funicular for Les Arcs-Paradiski (one of the largest ski areas in the world with 430km of slopes). Link to Rosière 1850/Espace San Bernardo 11km (unique ski area straddling France and Italy in Savoie). Ideal location in the heart of the Haute Tarentaise near major world-renowned ski areas (Espace Killy Tignes-Val d'Isère). Possibility of radiating the summer by hiking and cycling on different massifs (many mythical passes!).
