Ocean views with all the Amenities! No Drive Beach!

**Please Note** - There will be a concrete restoration project starting January 2025 on the building and running through most of the year. This project will involve fixing superficial concrete issues on the outside of the building. Noise levels will be elevated during the hours of 9am - 5pm on weekdays during this time. However, the beach and pool are still open for use! THIS PROJECT IS STILL HAPPENING AND WILL BE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

Nana & Poppa's Beach House has everything you need for the perfect beach vacation, just bring your bathing suit! With a complete renovation completed in February of 2024, almost everything in the unit was updated with a modern, coastal design. Building amenities include: Heated pool with a brand new deck and eating space and glass wind wall, brand new chairs, a pergola, 2 outdoor grills, an indoor spa, sauna and gym. A keyless, secure entry takes you out to the soft, white sand and rolling waves of Daytona Beach.

When you're tired from your day at the beach, walk in to this classic coastal designed beach condo with tile flooring, a spacious fully renovated kitchen with all stainless steel appliances and a deep sink, dining and living room, private laundry room, 2 bedrooms and 2 fully renovated bathrooms.

The "beach closet" is full of beach necessities: chairs, toys, towels, cooler, umbrella and a beach cart. Just load up the cart and have everything you need for the perfect beach day. Walk into the large open and fully stocked kitchen where you'll find all the amenities of home:
- Coffee Maker and Keurig
- Blender
- Toaster
- All plates/cups/utensils including children's sets
- Grilling Tools
- Cooking staples

Walk through to the dining room with a dining table that comfortably seats 6 as well as bar stool seating for four. A beautiful coastal light fixture and freshly painted walls are the perfect setting for a family meal or a romantic dinner for two.

The living room offers a large couch with automatic lay-z-boy recliners for extra sleeping space. A large TV with cable and a stunning view of the Atlantic Ocean! Watch the sun rise out on the back porch while you sip your coffee and listen to the waves.

The Master Bedroom has an I-cool memory foam king mattress, luxury sheets and a walk out balcony with ocean views. The large master bathroom features two sinks and a large soaking tub. All plush, white towels and cozy robes to make your stay feel even more luxurious.

The second bedroom offers a full size bed with luxury sheets as well as a twin trundle bed. For the kids, there is a pack and play and white noise machine as well as a booster seat!

We stayed at Seychelles and the condo was clean, beautifully equipped with everything you needed, and very comfortable.I have stayed at a few places but this was by far the nicest.Stefani was so accommodating and made sure we were pleased with everything.The only thing wrong ( and we were well informed) was the noise from people working on the building. Fabulous Time at the Seychelles!

We had a wonderful time at the Seychelles. The building is very organized, clean and mindful in its approach to condo living. A Beautiful Condo

This condo is wonderfully decorated and well appointed. It has wonderful views of the ocean from all oceanside rooms and a view of the river from the 2nd bedroom. It has been recently updated with new kitchen including appliances and bathrooms. We had a great vacation at this location. Would definitely rent again.

The best place we have ever stayed!

I cannot put into words how amazing this condo is, it’s just a beautiful place to stay. The owner has it so well equipped with everything you can think of and it feels like a home from home. She is also very helpful and responds promptly, making our check in and check out very easy and efficient. I would give this condo 10/10. We cannot wait to return next year. We are really missing our morning coffee on the balcony watching the sunrise on Daytona beach!

2nd stay was as good as the 1st!

This was my second stay in this condo. I thought it was fantastic the first time, then they remodeled the bathrooms and kitchen and made it even better! The space is set up great, the views are amazing and the hosts are fantastic! They think of the little things and make everything from beginning to end really simple. My wife and I stayed at the this beautiful condo for one month (August-September 2024). From the moment we walked in the door we immediately felt at home. The condo was newly renovated and stocked with everything you need. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and well laid out. Laundry inside the unit was also a huge plus. We have stayed at several different condominiums in Daytona Beach Shores and this building and location is the best! The condo is located directly on the beach and has unobstructed oceans views to the south because it is one of the last high-rise buildings for several miles. The condo is located on the no drive section of the beach and is a long distance from any public access ramps. Therefore beach is NOT crowded at all, making it very relaxing. The pool location was another bonus. The pool deck area is very large and has a very relaxing feel with direct access to the beach. An added bonus is that the pool is positioned in a great location. The pool is offset from the building so that you have direct sun on the pool for the entire day. Almost all condominiums that we have stayed at along the beach only have sunlight until 3-4pm before the shadow of the building covers the entire pool deck. For those searching for shade, half of the pool deck area does get shade in the afternoon. We were lucky enough to meet the owners of the unit during our stay and they were very helpful and friendly. 5 Star Rating and we will be back!

Absolutely beautiful place

We loved staying here. Everything was clean and fresh. The beds were all very comfortable which something I am always picky about. The unit also was stocked with anything you could possibly need which was really nice. It literally felt as if we were at home. The view from the balcony, living room and bedroom was beautiful. The owners were very responsive and it was the simplest check in we have had. Everything was simple, comfortable and wonderful. We will be renting here again for sure!

Best Dayton Beach Stay Ever

I have been visiting Daytona for most of my life. This is by far the best property I have stayed in for my family. Stephanie was amazing to work with, and the condo had everything provided you could possibly imagine. We loved the area, and the no driving on the beach. I strongly recommend renting this property.
