About this property

The Griffin in Salter Path, NC

This property is located on the beach in Salter Path — a small community enclave in Indian Beach between Pine Knoll Shores and Emerald Isle. It got its name in the 1800s when local fishermen would head out to sea so often that a path was worn in front of the Salter home. The spot remains a wonderful place to cast your rod or to spend a leisurely day admiring the crystal clear coast and skyline of pastel colors.
The condo itself is tucked away off the beaten path, offering privacy, a soundfront location and a five-minute walk to the beach. Start your day with coffee on your private deck overlooking the water, and wind down with a glass of wine and the sunset in a fiery blaze.
This hidden gem was recently renovated to reflect the coastal style and a design that is both spacious and comfortable, with two bedrooms to choose from, a cozy living room, and an outdoor space with stunning views. With family fun and activities within walking distance, like go-karts, mini golf, ice cream cafes and great dining spots, The Griffin is second to none and will be your number one pick for a property on the Crystal Coast. Book your vacation today!

Condo, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. Bed configurations: K, Q, SS.

Great space, poorly equipped.
Great space, close to beach access, restaurants and mini golf but poorly equipped. Spacious living area and beautiful deck, although the doors were under construction and you could not access the deck from the bedroom or living room only the front door. Also, the blinds in the doors didn't work in the bedroom. Coffee pot didn't work, kitchen tools were sub par (spatula was so cheap it was unusable), towels barely covered body (and I'm not huge), no broom. Really loved the area but it would have been nicer if the host had spent a little more time on making it an easy place to live for a week. Also VRBO should let you know you are dealing with a rental company and not an owner like other sites do.
